Annotated documents can be shared with other participants, and users can carry out voting to reject or approve decisions. Past papers are archived and can be searched for using dates, meeting categories, keywords, and more.\n\nAdvanced features are available which include meeting and task tracking, post meeting activities of informing divisional heads of meeting results officially, pre meeting activities of requesting material from divisions for the meeting in a timely manner and assisted uploading to the agenda, surveys and board assessment facilities, screen share, video audio remote meeting supportive functions and many more.\n\nBoardPAC has strong enterprise grade functionality with high security features.
