Zeffy is built to be handed over, so an incoming treasurer or a parent volunteer can publish a form the same day, with no training and nothing for supporters to download. For giving in the room, Tap to Pay turns a phone into the card terminal.\n\nHow do donors give? With a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or a bank transfer in the United States and Canada, from whatever device they already have open. Zeffy issues the receipt itself and sends it on the spot: to IRS standards for 501(c)(3) organizations, to CRA standards in Canada, and with Gift Aid claimed from HMRC through Charities Online for charities in the United Kingdom, at no extra cost.\n\nWhere does the data sit? Every payment writes back to a single supporter profile in Zeffy's nonprofit CRM, so gifts, attendance, memberships, purchases and email behaviour read as one history rather than five exports. History can be brought in from a CSV or a Mailchimp file, pushed out to QuickBooks Online or Zapier, or handled directly through the open API and webhooks.\n\nZeffy is a registered B Corp.
