It fits especially well where several standards are run together: processes, documents, risks and responsibilities are created once and serve every standard, while each standard keeps its own requirement tree with its own evidence.\n\nAudits are planned in a three-year programme per department and standard, carried out in an audit cockpit and documented in versioned reports. Nonconformities follow a five-stage workflow from recording to effectiveness review. The risk register handles risks and opportunities in the same structure, with inherent and residual risk and linked measures. For ISO 27001 there is a Statement of Applicability covering all 93 Annex A controls and a risk treatment plan; for ISO 14001 there are environmental aspects, a hazardous substance register and a legal register derived from a questionnaire.\n\nProcesses are modelled in a BPMN 2.0 editor with versions and approval, documents are controlled with approval and distribution lists. Employees confirm policies through acknowledgements, while training records and a competence matrix show where required and actual skills differ. The management review collects the clause 9.3.2 inputs from the other modules, and objectives and KPIs are tracked with their measurement history.\n\nPermissions can be granted per module, separately for reading and writing, two-factor authentication can be made mandatory for the whole organisation, and tenant separation is enforced in the database itself. IMScollect is developed in Germany, hosted in the EU, has a German-language interface and can be cancelled monthly.","image":"https://gdm-catalog-fmapi-prod.imgix.net/ProductScreenshot/06b5ebfb-5d2c-4b03-9281-bd1e4fb28bd5.png","url":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/91734/monday-com","@type":"SoftwareApplication","@id":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/91734/monday-com#software","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/#organization"},"aggregateRating":{"@type":"AggregateRating","bestRating":5,"ratingCount":6122,"ratingValue":4.6},"offers":{"price":"100","@type":"Offer","priceCurrency":"USD"},"operatingSystem":"Cloud, Apple, Windows, Linux, Android, Platform ios, Platform ipad"},{"name":"BCS","description":"BCS (Business Coordination Software) is a comprehensive ERP solution for service providers with integrated project management.
