I use Zapier to help clients set up automation. The ease of Zapier enables me to do much more than I'd be able to with native integrations. It is also much more cost-effective than custom coding.
Pros
Zapier integrations with many other platforms. I have primarily used it to build a system of lead capture and move the data to the appropriate systems, such as CRMS or Email Marketing software. It also helps in caring for current customers.
Cons
I have found some systems I use do not integrate with Zapier.

My Zapier Experience: Streamlining Workflows with Ease
Reviewed on 21/11/2024
Pros
I love how easy Zapier makes automating tasks without any coding skills. The vast app integrations allow me to connect and streamline nearly all my tools effortlessly.
Cons
What I like least about Zapier is that some Zaps can be slow to trigger, especially with complex workflows. Also, there are occasional limitations on customizations, which can be frustrating for more specific needs.

I love a product that makes my job easier and Zapier fits that description perfectly as it takes care of some of the less fun aspects of having a job.
Pros
I love that it automates repetitive tasks, saving me tons of time and allowing me to work on other tasks and it also integrates super easily with tons of different apps including Gmail which is an app I use multiple times a day. I know it's not exactly related to the functionality of the software but I also love that the automated workflows are called "Zaps."
Cons
I don't like that a lot of features are severely limited on the free plan as the premium plan and advanced features can be costly for users on a limited budget.

Good, I use it because it's integrated with so many other platforms, but I have to be honest. Many times I just use it as a webhook and from there on I call Make to handle the rest of the flow since it's much more intuitive and stable.
Pros
Zapier has a lot of integrations, which makes it the go-to platform if you need to connect your software solutions. Most likely your software solution is already setup for you in zapier, so it understands what you want to do like adding a new row, updating a contact, creating a new meeting etc.
Cons
The interface is not as nice as Make, which I like a lot more as well as the fact that error handling is a nightmare in Zapier.

Overall, I've found Zapier to be a vital tool in my toolbox as I've worked with a variety of companies integrating countless apps.
Pros
Zapier is hugely configurable and it is the metaphorical glue that holds so much business infrastructure together. It works great, and it integrates with almost every product you've heard of.
Cons
Some of the integrations are very limited, and this really limits the ability of Zapier to do what it does best. For example, some products are only read only, or have triggers but no actions.

Our experience has been a good one. Without Zapier we would not have been able to link Calendly and our CRM. This has allowed us to see how has booked and attended a workshop/meeting which is really valuable. Without Zapier this would not be a reality.
Pros

Streamlining Workflows with Zapier
Reviewed on 31/07/2024
Pros
When it comes to integrating different programs and automating tedious activities, Zapier is revolutionary. Its user-friendly interface, which enables you to construct automated workflows, or "Zaps," without any prior coding experience, is what I like the most. You can connect almost everything you use on a regular basis, from email clients to project management applications, thanks to the large library of compatible apps. Because of the pre-built templates, setting up Zaps is simple and allows you to get started quickly. Having routine duties completed automatically and freeing up time for more important work is immensely pleasant.
Cons
Zapier has downsides, despite its enormous versatility. If you demand more advanced features or a larger number of jobs, the charge may become more expensive. Furthermore, when something goes wrong, it might be challenging to troubleshoot the more intricate procedures. When working in increasingly complicated environments, there is a minor learning curve. Certain users may find that the free plan does not provide enough functionality, and they will need to upgrade to fully use the service.
