I have been very impressed with the customer service as well as the quality of the Bannersnack tools. Sometimes, the agent is too quick to gloss over what I have typed into a chat, to cut to a chase that may be a more commonly asked question. But the attitude is great, and when I point this out, I can get assistance with my issues quickly and professionally.
Pros
The best part of the Bannersnack program is that I am able to achieve attractive, professional quality ads without any skill or talent in graphic design! That and the granular reporting that enables me to A/B split ads to improve results. This tool is awesome!
Cons
I'd have to make something up to give a good response to this. While there are features I don't use, it would not be fair to say I like them least. This is an impressive suite of tools.

Pros
I think the ease of use must be pointed out. You don't have to be a graphic artist to make beautiful ads that can help your campaigns convert.

Pros
Very easy and quick to use and make high-quality ads that would take 3 times as long in photoshop. We also love how easy it is to animate the ads.
Cons
1) Wish we could bend/curve text.
2) Wish you could save for print PDF.
3) Wish it were easier to remove/organize old pictures. You can't delete pictures that are in use.

We are currently working on adding a feature that will allow users to individually format text which will add a lot more flexibility when working with text layers. We are also working on adding a Library portion that will help users better store and organize their images. Regarding the deletion of uploaded images, you can achieve that by going to Add Images -> My images, selecting the image you want to delete and clicking on the "i" icon from the bottom right corner of the screen, then clicking on the delete button. Pros
Very easy to create animated banners for GDN. Final results looks good and there is a lot of customization available.
We sometimes even create .mp4 story ads and animated FB ads here as well, if it's something simple.
Overall has everything we need at our agency. Highly recommended.
Cons
Still missing some small features to make it easier to get projects done. Mostly being able to make bulk changes and create a/b tests.
Also need to download and render all animated banners one by one.

Pros
SO easy to drag and drop images, texts and backgrounds and to animate. I use it every day!
Cons
I wish it was easier to delete images from "my images." Other than that, I like it all!

Over the years of using this platform i have not encountered any significant flaws that i would worry,there are some bugs here and there but that doesnt really bother me.

I use Bannersnack to design a banner for my personal blog and its so easy to add to my blog, just copy the html code and then pasted in the widget in the blogger.
Pros
Bannersnack provide an easy way to make banner that I use for ads promotion in my personal blog. It's so easy to costumize the banner with in just button click. Banner snack also provie many variaton for button, images, animations, and texts so my banner can be look like the way I want it.
Cons
It's an online service, it would be nice if it has offline software so we can easily adjust our banner witout internet connection needed.

Creatopy (Bannersnack) has allowed us to launch HTML5 ads in market way faster than when we were using desktop tools. I can tweak creative even if my design team (who is across the world) is off the clock. I'm excited to see this next iteration with Creatopy to see if it streamlines our workflow even more. I've found the account team to be helpful and they are always willing to train new team members.
Pros
Quickly edit creative sets, copy to make variations, and generate preview links. The software make animation and the production of HTML5 graphics far simpler than larger creative tool sets. It's intuitive and easy enough for someone with basic PS skills to sit down and be a functional user within an hour or so. I like the ability as the account admin to instantly switch to another account on the team.
Cons
While hard to quantify, there are aspects of the interface that I wish were cleaner and worked more smoothly. For example, determining whether you are editing a single banner within a set or the entire set isn't always super clear. Sometimes I need to implement a text change across all banners and other times I need to tweak spacing on just one size. Since we are almost always producing a set of creative with multiple sizes, this is really helpful to have. Account team can be hard to get a hold of due to time zones.

Regarding the differences between editing the entire set or a specific size of it, you might notice that while in a specific individual size, you do not have access to the main menu on the left, adding new elements to the composition not being available. In conclusion, the attributes that can help you identify a set or an individual size in the set would be the TIMELINE (which is only available in the individual size) and the MAIN MENU (which is only available in the general view of the set).

Working in a digital agency means you have to move fast. While it might be appealing at first to create pixel-perfect designs for banners, one at a time, the context simply doesn't permit it. So Bannersnack removed a lot of headaches and sped up our ads design process. Highly recommended!
Pros
The ease of use and the overall value seem unmatched. If you've ever used their banner set generator, you'll understand how much time this saves you. Creating 3,4,5 or 6 banners at the time, with the right formatting and position for elements? Godsend.
And it's easy to use - if you know Canva, you'll understand this, mainly.
Cons
If there's one thing I really haven't gotten used to is the interface. It's not bad in itself. But more often than not, I find myself cringing at some of the choices made. And wonder: "Why isn't this as consistent as Canva?" Sometimes you can edit section by clicking on them, other times you have to use a separate panel. Some important options are at the top, others only appear to the right.

We use it to create display campaigns for our clients. It's flexible and fast enough to allow us to deliver excellent quality at record speeds and has made display advertising something we're able to offer as part of our other services without losing hours making tweaks and finding the best way to keep designs uniform across banner sizes and platforms.
Pros
Easily one of my favorite tools, Bannersnack makes display banner creation nearly effortless! The old way: create a bloated PSD file for every possible banner size and organize campaigns or clients into structured folders. The new way: Bannersnack - choose the sizes you need, upload your background, type in your copy, headline and button Call-To-Action and spend 10 minutes doing some minor adjustments. Done.
I couldn't imagine my team making display banners for client campaigns in any other way. It would be such a waste of time and resources if we did.
Cons
While its all point and click simple to use... sometimes spacing and sizing on the different banner sizes selected don't format entirely as expected. Not a deal breaker by any means, but depending on the copy and graphics used, it can quickly turn into an exercise in tedious clicking and tweaking to things just right. But even then, its still infinitely faster than doing it manually in Photoshop.

Also, for a more perfect alignment, you can also use the arrow keys on the keyboard, once you've selected an element to make very subtle changes in the position of the elements. Each tap on the arrow key, once you've selected an element, should move it in the desired direction pixel by pixel. This way you should be able to achieve perfection when aligning the elements.

I love bannersnack because I am not a designer! With bannersnack, I am able to great simple banners and website elements I used to have to wait for my designer to finish.
Cons
My only complaint would be that at times to resolution quality is reduced when makes large graphics, but that is really it.

My go to software for ad design

Pros
This software allows me to save time in creating ads for my clients. It's intuitive and has many templates if you need them for creative ideas. I also like the fact that this software is evolving and getting better. I always appreciate a company that gives good support with their products. Bannersnack excels in support. It doesn't feel like I am getting an answer from a support checklist when I ask a question. Their responses are personal and to the point.
Cons
There are a few limitations when creating banner ad sets, but have found some workarounds with the help of their excellent support.

Once you rolled out with your new interface, I lost all the ads I had created on your site. It meant for all those 30us campaigns, I had to start from scratch on afs that maybe needed just a minor change to copy or color. I lost a lot of time.

The menus for formatting are easy to use.
Cons
I wish the program had memory meaning if I typically use the same custom size ad, it will offer in option list. Also, I’d definitely ben fit from an online tutorial on how to create a simple ad and some with animation. Because I have limited time and budget, I try to design add quickly and often they are pretty basic

Our goal is to reduce interactions between our users and our support group by providing quality and ease of use, and through this model, we've managed to keep the number of support requests to a minimum, having no need of a contact center. Calls can be scheduled with our executive team for pricings and demos. However, for now, offering support through chat is more effective for us. Furthermore, the platform used to interact with our client base offers us a ton of very useful technical and organizational tools both internally and externally. Intercom makes it much easier for us to get in touch with our clients, diagnose and troubleshoot any difficulties they might be facing when creating their designs or managing their accounts. Overall it's been great. I've encountered a few bugs here and there but customer service has been mostly able to help & everything has always been sorted out in the end when that happens. Really hoping development continues to introduce new features so that we don't fall behind the competition.
Pros
By far the best part of Bannersnack is how easy it is to train new hires to use the software. We get a lot of contractors who have used any number of methods for generating banner ads. It's super simple to pick up and get going.
Cons
While it's great that Bannersnack is so simple, it would really help to have more customization and advanced features. We get a lot of requests for advanced HTML5 functionality that Bannersnack is unable to produce.

I am a freelancer, and Bannersnack affords me the ability to be able to offer my clients HTML5 banners and be more efficient in creating multiple banners at one time, which in turn directly benefits them and places them ahead of their competitors. Great job, Bannersnack Team!

From the very beginning when I joined Bannersnack, I found the platform easy to work with. Updates and functionality are constantly being improved. Love that the platform already has images to work with and pre-made templates to work from, but also allows you to create your own. The feature that allows you to create multiple banners at once is such a time saver! The platform evolves as social media and other advertising platforms are evolving, so it doesn't feel like it will become outdated. Their customer service is also very helpful and quick to respond. The cost is also reasonable and I hope that this doesn't change.
Cons
At first, I think there were a few functionality things and layout issues while working in the program - but - since Bannersnack is ever evolving and improving, it's like they read my mind and the next time I logged in, my issue was resolved by a new update!

As far as creating, deploying, and managing banners is concerned, it does its job well enough. The whole user dashboard is quite user-friendly. But the speed of loading up the banners was way too slow, and this may have ultimately affected the banner CTR, among other possible factors.
Pros
I liked Bannersnack in that they made it easy to create and manage my banner campaigns. They offer a free trial and visitor tracking statistics so you can measure and see how effective your campaign is.
Cons
The speed of loading up the banners was really slow, and even in the best of times, not as fast as I would like. It literally took like 10+ seconds to load a banner. This slow loading often meant that visitors did not even get to see the banner before clicking or scrolling away. Also, banner blindness was very common, and very few people actually noticed or bothered about the banners.

We love this software and the fact that we can add animations to our e-blasts that go out to have a more interactive feel to our subscribers
Cons
Sometimes converting the emails to work with our benchmark software can be a pain
Converting files could be more simplified

We are a small team and Bannersnack has given us the tools we need to be more competitive with much larger agencies who have full marketing departments!
Pros
The user-friendly interface makes this tool perfect for anyone to use no matter their skill level. You don't have to be a graphic artist to make great marketing materials.
Cons
Resizing still requires you to make manual adjustments to each creative.

It allows me to visualize and create what my ad banners would look like in the different formats intended and I'm not even a graphic designer.
Pros
That there's a free trial to test it if it's the right piece of software for you, whether you are a beginner or a pro image editor. Nice templates to choose from. And gets your ad designs all out in front of you for a more efficient way to make them consistent across all platforms.
Cons
Really not much to complain about as that would be picking nits and this piece of software works great for my intended use.
