Zoho Books has allowed us to improve in the accounting area, having a perfect administration of expenses, accounts, invoices, payments and other tasks to be carried out, it manages a magnificent online accounting function, keeping all the payment reports up to date without forgetting invoices or payments to make, it is a very complete platform with its tools.

In my personal opinion, it is a perfect platform that there is nothing to improve or change.

It is basic and does not have too many features. It is included in the overall Zoho system.

Templates are limited and creating invoices in various languages is problematic to setup.

It's much better than QuickBooks Online and much less costly as part of Zoho One

Can't think of many cons, as it works so well

There is easy collaboration while using Zoho Books. It is easy to hold negotiations across all levels. Getting paid online instantly makes it more enjoyable and relaxing. It is generally an easy to use tool with huge focus on achieving goals. It's integration is major and relatable.

Zoho Books is user friendly. I don't find anything wrong yet. The price is also reasonable.

Zoho Books is an exceptional accounting service, it offers a free version for small business but paid version too. Works great with bank reconciliation and is packed of good features that you found only on expensive software. Getting reports like P&L is easy and the reports looks good. Integrates good with other Zoho apps if you are using them.

No cons for Zoho Books, the software works good.

I like the robust security that comes with the tool which ensures our data is kept secure

I like the way the software allows us to reconcile various transaction hence eliminating errors in reporting. Its ability to integrate it with inventory management makes it even better.

Their customer support is a bit slow in response but generally, I cant complain because they always offer help.

While using Zoho Books, my experience has been amazing. It has some great features and not a single issue or missing feature

It does the job for everything we need, which is managing invoicing and sending various types of bills. It connects with Zoho CRM which we use daily with our team.

Some things are not always easy to set up, you need some time to know how things connect to each other.

The automatic upload of receipts. It saved a lot of time. Plus reconciling receipts against the company expense card made it even easier to see which receipts were paid for by the credit card and which weren’t. Either cash from business or employee purchased in need of reimbursement.

The reporting feature seemed awkward. Customer care we’re keen to show me what I was oooking for but it seemed that what I was trying to explain either isn’t part of the available options or I didn’t understand the advice from tech support.

The Online Invoicing has great features such as personalizing invoices with their logo, colours, and fonts., plus you can also track invoice status and receive payments online

There are minor issues with Zoho Books, such as occasional glitches in the software or difficulty navigating certain features. However, these issues are generally minor and do not significantly affect the overall usability of the software.

It has automation capabilities, such as automatic bank feeds and recurring invoices, have been praised for saving time and streamlining accounting tasks.It also has flexibility and customizability of Zoho Books. The software offers a range of integrations with other apps and services, such as payment gateways, CRM software, and project management tools.

Customer supprt and tech support isnt really upto mark nd even learning the software is a little difficult and it taes time and steep learning curve to gets hands on experience.

Zoho Books' customer portal helps to check if the customer viewed the invoice sent to them.

Zoho Books save time because allow customers to pay the invoice in one place hence I feel its simplity.

i like the free invoicing templates provided by the application, it has nice user interface

it limits number of people one can reach per month

i like the ability to store all recurring orders to process all these kinds of transactions. Sending payments reminders through mails is my best with the application

the application is very hard to master mostly on how to handle recurring payments within your organization

I like that it has an unique feature like attaching receipts to my expenses and it is easy to understand when compared to other. The automation system was excellent.

The payment plans are little frustrating. It has more user restrictions and payroll service is not available.

Great tool for basic accounting with a free plan available and great mobile app

Gets very expensive to activate advanced features
