I'm happy with MailerLite experience. I had good support and they reply fast. I had some misunderstandings with them, but the communication about it was done with care.
Pros
At the moment of signing up the offer was better than competition, pricing is good too. There are all the basic to medium features someone would need to set up automated email campaigns with low cost entrance, that includes hosting and editor for landing pages.
Cons
Pricing has increased during my time of using it, and new competition appeared with better cost to features ratio, where you don't really pay monthly, but it depends on number of emails sent. So it depends on what type of pricing you need and how many emails you send.

Complete disappointment. I feel like their support or development team has no understanding of email processes. We've been using their Pro plan for over four months and even built a third-party automated email system for new customers. Everything was fine until three days ago, when they suddenly closed our account without any warning due to their spam policy!
We reached out to them regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. We provided all the necessary proof showing that we add subscribers' emails through a 100% legal process (where customers voluntarily submit their email addresses). Despite this, they still claim it’s spam. We've sent them all the evidence, but they don’t even seem interested in providing an explanation. They simply keep insisting it's spam. It feels like a joke!
We invested a significant budget to create this email system, including custom template design, third-party integration, and even using an email address checker before adding emails to MailerLite. Yet, without any valid reason, they believe they have the right to close your account! If you want to lose all your hard work and end up with nothing, go ahead and work with them."**

Trying to integrate it with WordPress was an ordeal. Why was I required to know how to set up DNS records and all of that tech stuff? But the Customer service via chat was able to resolve issues.

I like MailerLite for the how polished it looks. But it's not the first choice I suggest to my clients and it has a learning curve. I use it for my automated campaign and I think it can be a great option for someone who puts in the effort to learn it. But if you want the quickest option I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
Pros
MailerLite has beautiful looking emails, the design options make the emails look really nice, like they come from a program that must cost money, but the great thing is they have a robust free program.
Cons
It can be difficult to figure out how to set up the campaigns. And there are less people who put out tutorials, so it can take some digging to find a YouTube video that explains the exact thing you are trying to accomplish.

Overall positive! I used another platform that only allowed 1 single automation on their free tier. Mailerlite does not cap the automations, just limits some of the features you can use. It's very generous.

Overall, I recommend MailerLite, I've not had any issues and it doesn't take forever to set up. It has all the things you need in an email marketing platform.
Pros
I like that Mailerlite is not expensive. I also like that it allows you to customize fonts in the email. It's easy to build a campaign. It's easy to import contacts and manage. My landing page was easy to build if you want it simple or if you are a template and go type of person.
Cons
It's not as customizable as I'd like it to be. You can't change text on the actual email, you have to edit in the box to the side. It's confusing until you get used to it.

I did like mailerlite but once it came time to upgrade when I reached 1,000 subscribers, I felt that others offered more for my money, even if they were slightly more expensive.
Pros
I loved that up to 1,000 subscribers, it was free to use with pretty much all of the features. It's easy to create opt in forms, subscriber lists and segments etc.
Cons
If you're on the free version, there's no customer support. There's not even a way to contact support without upgrading, you get sent to the knowledge base. It was a big problem for me as there was no answer to my issue on the knowledge base.

MailerLite is the first email autoresponder product I've ever used. Their tutorials are so well done and informative. I was able to import my lists so fast and set up my first email campaign within an hour. The visual interface is very intuitive and if you have any questions they have great customer support. Also, unlike other free offers, their logo placement is subtle and does not detract from your emails, forms, or landing pages. Highly recommend.
Pros
I really like the visual way MailerLite sets up email campaigns. This felt very intuitive to me and if I had any questions their tutorials are excellent. Also, setting up my email forms and integrating them into my WordPress website was so easy. I really love that they give you so many design options even with the Free plan. I chose MailerLite because they really do provide the most features in their Free plan than any other email automation products. MailerLite is great for beginners, they have really thought out the product well.
Cons
I'm using the free version and find that building landing pages is a bit limiting and when published looks different than their preview. Also, the landing pages do not seem to look as good on mobile devices. However, creating forms is easy and integrates with WordPress websites really well. Every test that I did worked perfectly.

Pros

Cons

MailerLite: Easy to use - all functions I need - great customer service!
Reviewed on 13/02/2024
Pros
My business is very small - it's just me. I work as a service provider in the equine industry. And I have no prior training in anything to do with email marketing or such.
In spite of that, MailerLite has allowed me to build a well-functioning little email marketing system. This makes it easy to send professional looking emails to my customers.
Also, they have a very generous free 'first step'. This makes it possible to keep costs down - absolutely essential when you are just starting out with this in a small company. It's so easy to get trapped in a system which 'overprovides' at a high cost.
Another bonus is that the integration with my WordPress websites was smooth.
Their customer service is friendly, helpful and understands that even 'stupid' little problems can be big issues for their customers.
I sincerely hope that I can continue to use MailerLite - even when my business grows to higher levels.
Cons
There's not much to dislike about MailerLite. Of course, any new program or application will have a little learning curve. Up till now, I have managed to figure things out without too many problems. And their customer service department was very helpful in the Domain Authentication process.

We use the bulk emailing or newsletter service for various parts of our communications, be it regular customer communications, marketing materials or recruitment. We apply it to various companies and services, as well as execute and develop strategies for different organizations. It facilitates conversation with large groups and becomes part of a way that supports the development of a succession of lists that originate from different tools. MailerLite has made the work of our new creative department easier by enabling them to communicate with new candidates more effectively.
Pros
In terms of features and qualities, NO ONE is able to beat MailerLite on the market. This machine gives you the best quality for your money, meets almost all of my clients' needs and, because of its value, I almost single it out as recommended. The correlation between price and quality is overwhelming. In addition, I love MailerLite because of its link to Workato. It can complement its abilities well and this makes a big difference in the way it gathers information from various areas. Things like domain verification and validating a domain are helpful and present in the totality of the plans. It really supports with deliverability. Another reason why MailerLite is among the preferred ones is due to its simplicity of use and the fluidity of its interface.
Cons
I would like to see a letterhead email template of the precise date for meetings. That would be awesome and would speed things up a bit. I would incorporate more ways to see inbox entries so individuals can watch their endeavors in different mediums. MailerLite could unquestionably have more fields with predetermination and more sorts of fields. This is an area where we are stuck drawing more custom fields than we would like. I would like to see different kinds of fields, from text tables to radio buttons, drop-down menus and more date features.

MailerLite review
Reviewed on 22/02/2024
Pros
In addition to having reasonable prices, MailerLite has a ton of features designed specifically for bloggers, such as WordPress integration, video marketing, and RSS campaigns.
Cons
Although MailerLite is not the most feature-rich platform available, it does provide the essential capabilities and functionality that the typical small business may require to design and oversee email marketing campaigns. For instance, unlike some of its immediate rivals, including Zoho Campaigns, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp, it does not include native SMS marketing tools, nor does it have sophisticated contact management capabilities like other email marketing systems. With only about 100 apps available, it also has considerably fewer integrations than most of its competitors, and the new account login process is more difficult than most of them.
