When setting up ZM, one of their experts sat on the phone with me and talked me through every step and options for every step. And their great customer service with chatting. Not only is their bot extremely helpful in suggesting just the right article (their articles aren't wordy and get straight to the point), but I seem to usually get a solution to my chat from a live person within 4 hours. Twice I've had questions where they have dug deep into my account to find the answer. And once digging deep required them to check something in their server.
