My experience has been good it really pumped up my performance in social because of the real time update due to which I can quickly respond to any comment. The collaboration feature is also great so we can take approval in app before uploading anything.

Pros

I like how Zoho Social makes using different social media in one place and I can schedule my post as per required time. The report helps me to sees the performance of my post so I can know where I can improve.

Cons

I dislike the performance speed of Zoho Social while loading the analytics also the integration options are limited which restrict me from connecting it to different software.

Best social media management tools for news website

Pros

I am using Zoho social for last 2 months and this was one of the best post publishing and post scheduling tools with very less price that I see in years of my experience at the field.

From one interface I can publish my posts on all of my social media handles in just one click and also I can schedule posting during the other time zones.

Cons

while I post videos, only the video on YouTube get file name as title with extension that I already report it to costumer services and they promise to solve this problem.

Pros

Zoho Social is a cost-effective and full-featured alternative to the sea of other social media management tools out there. Hootsuite had become too expensive of a cost for our small mom and pop business to justify, yet we knew we still wanted a tool to help us manage our social accounts. Thankfully, I had used another Zoho product in the past and once I discovered they also had this tool and a convenient free trial, I figured it was worth a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by how seamlessly we could transition our social media marketing to this platform and not miss a beat.

Cons

There were no major cons to Zoho Social.

Great. As a small business with a small team, we have to maximise on our efficiency. Zoho Social helped us keep things running smoothly and save time,especially with the scheduler, which helped us schedule posts up to 2 weeks in advance

Pros

Zoho Social saves me so much time by doing all my posts for the week from one place, as opposed to having to upload each post on every platform where we have a presence.

Cons

No Whatsapp business integration. I would have wanted to extend my social scheduling to whatsapp channels as well

Pros

I recommend this platform because it is my platform of choice. I have tried others and the ease of use of Zoho Social , as well as its features are the best available at a reasonable price point, especially for charitable organizations that have limited finances and need to keep admin costs low.

Cons

Generating custom reports was not automatically intuitive. I need to invest time to learn how to do this instead of being able to figure out how to get what I need with other competitor's software.

It has a lot of capability and functionalities upon initial setup.
It is easy to separate brands, and manage lead capture for each salesperson.
All integrations into existing social medias are in Zoho Social at a glance, features are on the same level as of other social tool providers.
Interface and workflow management are a piece of cake.
Easy to navigate through many layers of data and communication points.

Cons

It is similar to Zoho tools in existing integrations and usual necessity to tweak things internally and upkeep the system.
Due to our internal customization of CRM, it was harder to integrate Zoho Social seamlessly.
It is hard to manage several languages under one roof, only limited amount of brands can be created.
Automation and default pages are barely customizable.

I've tested out various tools like buffer, hootsuite, later, loomly, socialpilot, and sprout social. Zoho stands out as the easiest to use and offers the features that best fit my business at the moment.

Pros

I love the ability to have all post go out and not have to worry about them anymore. Alof of others offer similar features but usually I’m turned off by the price or interface of the app or website.

Cons

Some of the current features are more than what i currently need requiring me to pay more but i can justify by the ease of use.

It is a great and simple program that allows me to manage and use my social media profiles with confidence and for the purpose of creating a wholesale and effective brand.

Pros

Zoho Social is easy to use and quick to get started. The options and directions are easy to follow. Connecting to social media sites if straightforward. I have total control of what and when I post. I am able to set up automate posts confident in that they will appear when and were scheduled.

Cons

There is nothing that I would easily categorize as something I least like about Zoho Social.

It's good, gives you an initial free time to learn how to use and learn about it, but now that I payed I can't get on my account, it still is asking me to upgrade and I have made the payment and upgraded so it's kind of upsetting.

Pros

I like that I can only get on once a week and it seems like I'm working all the time

Cons

you can't add two accounts, I have two products and two separate facebook pages it would cost me a fortune just to add another facebook page so i'm probably going to open another account with a different email which makes no sense.
