I've used Stampli for about 3+ years now in two different companies and while the price point is a higher than the two other companies that quoted us, they are very customer oriented from start to finish in implementation and extremely responsive on the customer service end. That being said because the price point is higher I wish they wouldn't charge for any additional upgrade (like international payments) that are included in the base package for other companies like Bill.com and Tipalti.

Pros

Workflow is fantastic for AP as well procurement purchase requests and admin controls are great so that you can enable or disable batch approvals for approvers who you can see are reviewing the majority of their invoices or not. The dashboard and reports features are great as well. Customer service has never disappointed.

Cons

It doesn't integrate on an invoice level with our ERP for job costing on construction invoices which does duplicate a significant amount of work.

I was brand new to the company I'm currently with and within the first 6 weeks I had a lot of processes and HR issues to fix, with all the pressure I wanted something familiar and that was Stampli which I'd used at my previous company.

Pros

Copy lines for cost coding, drop & drag feature to upload attachments. Questions portion is helpful, along with the notes

Cons

Can not print invoice view feature, nor can you copy any of the information, view feature does not display what page of the invoice you are on. Some pdf's do not upload properly missing the content of the invoice, thus causing duplicate work to upload the invoice in the attachments for other approvers to view. Would like to be able to run reports per vendor & per cost code

From onboarding and implementation to normal daily use, the entire process has been very efficient. Their team is great to work with and I look forward to seeing how else Stampli can improve our AP operations.

Pros

Stampli has improved our AP processing immensely by reducing time, labor, and risk of error with its incredible AI bot, Billy and easy to use functions. Highly recommend for any AP needs big or small.

Cons

There's not much to dislike about Stampli but it would be a great feature in the future to have AI read and verify contracts against invoices if we don't have POs.

It works great and is relatively easy to use.

Cons

There's not published or proivded instructional videos. I have to train every person we hire how to use it. SAP Concur does a great job providing a ton of instructional videos, so I just send links and don't have to do 2-4 30 minute video calls a month when people are hired.

No paper invoices, seamless approval process & all invoices saved on the cloud. Smart & intuitive AI/OCR imaging of invoices with excellent GL coding options with stellar job cost reporting functions across multiple/all vendors. Very powerful tool

Cons

Its an extra overhead cost but after having used the product I do see its value.

Pros

Stampli is a great way to keep invoicing organized, consistent, and timely. Due date reminders are a great help, and the search feature makes finding old document a breeze. Text recognition within document is also a huge help.

Cons

The My Past Invoices tab has a short history. I would like more options to open in a new tab. When I have 50 invoices awaiting approval, I would like to open the invoices in a new tab, rather than have to open a new tab manually and scroll back through my invoices to find the one I'm looking for. And although there is a function to filter favorited documents, it would also be helpful to be able to filter 'un-favorited' documents.

Great experience overall. Stampli became our main source for all things invoices. As a fast-growing small business, we needed an organized and intuitive way to process and search invoices. Stmapli provided that.

Pros

Stampli's user interface is intuitive so it didn't take much time to teach the team. New team members are easily onboarded.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit time consuming just figuring out the access, admin, and integration functions. Well worth it in the end.
