Inventory tracking that can be customised for a variety of applications

Pros
The majority of people do not consider inventory management to be a chore that adds value. Additionally, it isn't done often. Employees are diverted from their primary tasks whenever an office tool is in motion since they must learn how to use this management tool. I seen several of these tools, and they took 15-20 minutes and had a lot of deceptive features. Even if it was my first time, I could have learned how to manage my inventory with this programme in 3 to 5 minutes.
Cons
The web layout still needs some work to make it more user-friendly.

Pros
This product was easy to use, inexpensive, and is just as good if not better than the competitors.
Cons
Having to play around with the configuration to add accounts that don't need access to admin privelages.
Reasons for Switching to EZOfficeInventory
We weren't looking for anything out of this world, just a database of our assets and who checked them out. The competitors contained a lot of bells and whistles, and were charging up to $15k per year. EZOfficeInventory has all of those features for a fraction of the cost. And they let us try it out from the start with a free trial and no sales team interactions. The competitors funneled us into a product demo.- Industry: Construction

The search feature can be annoying. Creating groups and sub groups helps narrow searches, but too often hen using the search bar, the items searched is not narrow enough. The group and sub group feature is very impotent.

Over all I had very good experience using EZOffice inventory where I can allocate assets to new users as well as able track the inventory in warehouse so that’s based on info I can take necessary actions and at the time of I audit I can show the report very smooth

I got to use this to implement a whole inventory system for a painting company. It was a great experience for me, the company president, and the crew. Knowing what you have and what you need saves so much time and helps you save resources.
Pros
I love the different options and versatility for each product type you can really keep track of everything from expenses to quantities, it keeps things super efficient in our business!

Easy to use phone App and good decent looking WebUI for the Backend. The map with locations was especially useful for us.
Cons
Sadly, it doesn't allow me to compare custom fields to trigger reports. i.e. I wish it would allow me to compare Odometer readings to Next Service requirements so that I could run reports on vehicles that are due for service.

Pros
I have used EZOfficeInventory twice now to pick up AIT equipment. It has been fine, but it has been a little tedious on AIT's end, I think, more than on my own.
Cons
The biggest con of EZOfficeInventory is that both times I have made a request with it, I did not receive all of the items in my equipment request order. For the first event, the date was entered in wrong, but I had no way to double check it on my end. In addition, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get all of the equipment that I had reserved, excluding the 2 items I actually really needed. For the second event the following day, AIT helped me with a last minute reservation and said that they would add the 2 items from the previous day (a mic stand and mic kit). However, when the student went to pick the items up, the mic stand and kit were still missing. I'm not sure if this is an EZOfficeInventory flaw or perhaps just understandable human error, but it has been a little frustrating.

Pros
I like that I have the ability to create a bar code sticker in the moment. This feature allows me to streamline the checkout process and helps me to quickly find asset availability.
Cons
My least favorite thing about EZO is the limited navigation. For instnace, I dont like that I cant return to the page I was on when I delete an asset. There are a few other navigation delays like this that cost me several seconds. It doesnt sound like much but those seconds add up.

i really wish there was a way to transfer the cart without checking everything back in
