The majority of people do not consider inventory management to be a chore that adds value. Additionally, it isn't done often. Employees are diverted from their primary tasks whenever an office tool is in motion since they must learn how to use this management tool. I seen several of these tools, and they took 15-20 minutes and had a lot of deceptive features. Even if it was my first time, I could have learned how to manage my inventory with this programme in 3 to 5 minutes.

The web layout still needs some work to make it more user-friendly.

This product was easy to use, inexpensive, and is just as good if not better than the competitors.

Having to play around with the configuration to add accounts that don't need access to admin privelages.

It is relatively simple to learn and implement. I learned the basics very quickly

The search feature can be annoying. Creating groups and sub groups helps narrow searches, but too often hen using the search bar, the items searched is not narrow enough. The group and sub group feature is very impotent.

The software is user-friendly and provides detailed reports for better inventory management.

The mobile app could be more responsive and have additional features for on-the-go management.

User-friendly interface and great customer support. Makes equipment management a breeze.

Sometimes the app can be a bit slow to load and I wish there were more customization options for reports.

Easy to use phone App and good decent looking WebUI for the Backend. The map with locations was especially useful for us.

Sadly, it doesn't allow me to compare custom fields to trigger reports. i.e. I wish it would allow me to compare Odometer readings to Next Service requirements so that I could run reports on vehicles that are due for service.

The user interface can be unintuitive and challenging for new users.

I love how easy it is to check in and check out equipment, and the mobile app is super handy for on-the-go access.

The report customization options are a bit limited, and I wish there were more integrations available with other software we use.

How the products are genuine and durable

Sometimes you just can't get everything filtered down in a search and have to edit a spreadsheet

Very easy to use. Can generate QR codes to stick on equipment. One scan shows you the unit and all of its repairs or services.

There was nothing that I did not like about it.

I have used EZOfficeInventory twice now to pick up AIT equipment. It has been fine, but it has been a little tedious on AIT's end, I think, more than on my own.

The biggest con of EZOfficeInventory is that both times I have made a request with it, I did not receive all of the items in my equipment request order. For the first event, the date was entered in wrong, but I had no way to double check it on my end. In addition, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get all of the equipment that I had reserved, excluding the 2 items I actually really needed. For the second event the following day, AIT helped me with a last minute reservation and said that they would add the 2 items from the previous day (a mic stand and mic kit). However, when the student went to pick the items up, the mic stand and kit were still missing. I'm not sure if this is an EZOfficeInventory flaw or perhaps just understandable human error, but it has been a little frustrating.

Great for managing and checking the availability of the inventory rather than looking around

The app version needs improvement on user interface.

I like that I have the ability to create a bar code sticker in the moment. This feature allows me to streamline the checkout process and helps me to quickly find asset availability.

My least favorite thing about EZO is the limited navigation. For instnace, I dont like that I cant return to the page I was on when I delete an asset. There are a few other navigation delays like this that cost me several seconds. It doesnt sound like much but those seconds add up.

EZO provides great customer service that will walk you through any issue that you have.

Some parts of the software are difficult to use and some features are hard to find on the website. App also gets glitchy.

I like how easy it is to find information that our departments create. POs are a sinch to find

I haven't found what I don't like yet. I do not think I will, at this point.

Very easy to pick up and learn, great iinterface, very user friendly.

Easy for assets and inventory management

You can't change the initial price so if you make a mistake you would have to delete the item and re-add it

It is a little difficult to figure out at first but once you do it a few times it is very easy. Customer support is also great.
