My experience with QuintaDB is great. We managed to develop quite a complex app in just 3 days. The support is stellar. They respond your tickets clearly and effectively very quickly.

Pros

An online database that is really easy to use and with which you can create professional applications for small and medium-sized businesses, feature-rich and easily customizable.

Cons

It seems counterintuitive at first, especially if you're used to much more complex development environments. However, once you get the hang of it it's super simple and very effective. Furthermore, the guides on the site are clear and and complete with videos.

Excellent service, helps us to work with clients!

Pros

I work as an account manager and I often have to correspond with clients, organize mailings, create web forms and reports of varying degrees of detail. We have a fairly large company, and therefore it was important for us that there was a command module in which it is possible to clearly delineate the access rights of individual users to certain data. In MTH this works very clearly and conveniently. What I still like is the opportunity to pay for the creation of the module we need. This system works like this: we make a request to the developers, tell what we need, and they expose the terms and price. Or if you are not ready to pay the amount announced, you can put your task in a special queue and sooner or later the task will be realized.

Cons

There was such situation, that in widgets the opportunity to disconnect links disappeared. We worked through login forms and the user who came through the login form did not see the active links of the linked forms, and then such an opportunity appeared. As it turned out, it was an unpleasant, but not such a significant bug, which the developers fixed quite quickly.

The application pleases with its cheapness and functionality

Pros

We have a very large company with a staff of more than 1000 people. Naturally, each employee has a separate file with personal and other information. Of course, there are specially designed programs for storing such data, but I'm happy to use MyTaskHelper. In this system, I successfully created and configured a database of our employees, in which there are tables with different types of links. This allows me and my colleagues who have access to information to quickly find all the necessary data, create reports on them, generate maps, make mailings. For example, we easily create a mailing list for any events, holidays, weekends, conferences, etc. Another positive aspect in all this is the cost of the application - the tariff plans include even the possibility of free use of the service provided that you do not have much data. But even for our large data we pay relatively little.

Cons

I personally found it difficult to create and customize some complex projects, but there were workarounds suggested by technical support specialists, especially this claim concerns the links between forms.

MyTaskHelper is a cool alternative to specialized services

Pros

In the beginning of using MyTaskHelper, I could not believe that this service, in which so many functions, can replace several professional applications. But having studied all the functionality, I'm very glad that I was able to set up a productive work. For example, in MTH our company stores data on personnel, generates mailings on the basis of e-mails, makes simple calculations on project budgets and the terms of their implementation. By the way, we also provide access to projects through our client portal to our customers so that they can see progress and comment on the intermediate results of the work. So use MyTaskHelper and you will understand how easy, simple, convenient and at the same time cheap.

Cons

We do not have enough opportunity to update the record in the linked table. I will give an example of the costs of the project. In one form there is information about the planned budget and materials, and in the second there is an expense. And with each new record at the expense, the original quantity in the associated entry will decrease.

This is probably the most versatile system

I am a MyTaskHelper client for about 3 years, but I can say that I have tried and tested the competitors of this system. So I want to say that working in MTH, it's hard to come up with a function that is not there. But even if you succeed, the developer team will ask you to add a task to their forum and sooner or later the function will be implemented. I like the MyTaskHelper that all features are very flexible, that is, if I need to organize, for example, an e-mail newsletter, then I can easily customize the template according to my requirements (this applies to both design and possible functions). In general, guys, thank you for your work!

Cons

It would be desirable that the software product be shipped "in a box" and it could be installed on your working computer. I need this opportunity so that I can independently store and monitor the data of our company.

Cheap and convenient

Pros

Earlier, I used QuintaDB for personal purposes - I had a base with products, the level of calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates contained in them, and I myself did something like a calorie calculator for myself. Now I realized that I can offer to use this module to my clients (I am a trainer in the aqua-zone of a large fitness club). Of course, not all of them are ready to write down everything they ate and drank for the day, but those who are watching over health, with pleasure agreed to use QuintaDB. And it is also very convenient for me, because at any moment I can log in, look at the records of my clients and, if necessary, leave comments with clarification or remarks. This cool system helps me make people healthier and more attractive!

Cons

When transferring a ready-made web form from one project to another, it is not always possible then to properly export the data to Excel, to the post office. It happens that an empty file comes in and the task has to be performed again.

Pros

In our company I am engaged in drawing up estimates for the implementation of client projects. Naturally, in my practice I also use special software developed for accountants, but MTH helps me a lot in the implementation of my tasks. For example, I create an estimate in another program, export data to MyTaskHelper, and provide access through the client portal (read-only access rights) to the customer. That is, in this way we manage to ensure that all business processes are transparent. As for the convenience of the system, inside it is not very similar to others, but in general, all modules are fairly easy to master and easy to configure, so there is no problem with this.

Cons

With the appearance on the service of the ability to connect the login form not only to records, but also to reports (while choosing a password and login for any fields), it became necessary to create several login forms that could be connected to individual reports. I hope this function will be implemented.

I work in a large company, and therefore we develop most of the software for our needs on our own. But before, I used QuintaDB for my personal purposes (storing photos, notes, creating web forms for my own blog), but after a while I suggested that our management familiarize with the service and implement it in the work. Now we were able to cut 2 programmer bids, because QuintaDB is a designer of web forms and databases with extensive capabilities. Suppose a programmer did a form of an online questionnaire for 2-3 days, and in QuintaDB a similar module is created in a few hours. Can you imagine how much productivity has increased?

Cons

Claims to the service? I have no such claims, especially since for my personal use I had enough of a free account, which was supported by developers as well as paid expensive ones.

Pros

I have been using QuintaDB in my work for over a year and am very pleased with the cooperation. See for yourself: for only 10-20 dollars, I get at my disposal an online database, which I myself create and with which I can produce a whole range of manipulations. For example, generate reports, embed both the whole table and its part in various web projects, invite other users to the system and grant them various rights. Inside the system is very simple and convenient, all functions work perfectly, and in case of problems, technical support responds very quickly.

Cons

I still can not understand, I did not fully understand the capabilities and settings of the client portal, or there are still bugs. In general, while talking with tech support.

Pros

We are engaged in the manufacture of paper packaging, labels, films, we also have a printing shop. In order for all our departments to work well and smoothly, we use QuintaDB. With the help of the service, our specialist has created databases for the personnel department, for accounting, for the marketing department and other departments. All these tables were easily interconnected and we got an excellent full-featured database, which can be compared with a modern CRM system.

Cons

The functionality of the system is so extensive that it will not work in 1-2 days. I personally spent a few weeks to adequately set up the project for myself. But the rest of the service is always n height.

Pros

I myself am a programmer, so I am well versed in websites, their creation, etc. So, I have been successfully cooperating with QuintaDB for many years, using their project in my developments. Suppose in order to create a database for one of my projects, I needed to spend a few days. When I decided to implement the same task based on QuintaDB, I spent only 2-3 hours! This time was spent on the creation, configuration and distribution of user roles of a particular database. As you can see, the service is worth it!

Cons

I have repeatedly had bugs with validation of different fields and setting up links between tables. But now the developers have fixed everything and the system works flawlessly.

Very modern service

Pros

This excellent service helps me optimize my spreadsheets with customer data and references. Moreover, when I registered, I assumed that I would use the service in a completely different area (the usual storage of photos and other documents), but I am very pleased with their work. Say, you can make a web form and a table in just half an hour or an hour, and after making simple settings, you can easily embed it into any website.

Cons

Still, I would not call QuintaDB a simple system - initially it was difficult for me to deal with some functions. Well, at least tech support responds adequately to even the most stupid questions.

Of course, I could create databases and web forms for our customers completely from scratch, but it would take a lot of time. Accordingly, people would have to overpay for our services. And so I quickly and easily make the necessary modules, set them up and send them to any site. As a result, it is easier for me and the customers are satisfied that they could save money.

I use this service to record and process data about system errors and other bugs that I have to deal with in my work. At the beginning of my work with QuintaDB I created several tables, linked them together and now they help me in my work. I note that the system is quite simple, the interface is understandable, and if there are questions, the support service always comes to the rescue.

Cons

I occasionally have difficulty creating widgets that involve related tables. At the same time, I don’t always understand if there is a system bug in front of me or I’m doing something wrong.

I adapted QuintaDB as a tool that combines Scrum and CRM. So in the system, I created several tables, linked them together and store here all the information relating to the appeals of our clients. At the same time, for example, with the beginning of the new reporting period, I absolutely do not need to create a new table - you can just clone the old module with one click with all the settings in one click. The same applies to web forms and other modules.

Cons

For several years of work in the system, I did not observe any serious problems. Moreover, once I accidentally deleted an important table, and the service staff helped me to restore it.

Do you think that lawyers do not need any programs to work other than Microsoft Office? I thought so too, until I found QuintaDB. Now I store my documentation and customer data here. The main thing for me is that I can always provide access to documents to each specific client in order for him to be aware of how the arrangement of the transaction with our company is progressing.

Cons

Since access to the service is possible only through a browser, in the absence of the Internet, there will be no work - I simply will not get access to the system.

I discovered this service not so long ago, but I already managed to appreciate all its advantages. Imagine subscribing to one service, you get a lot of opportunities. For example, we create web forms, relational databases, and also use client portals in our work. All these features are available by default, I easily configure each module. What else I like is the opportunity to embed each of these modules (for example, a ready-made report or a Google map based on the available data) in any site.

Cons

I am not always able to find a common language with the technical support service the first time. And if you use the service as a CRM, then there are still functions that need to be improved.

This service copes with many tasks, for which we used to buy a lot of additional software. For example, we used CRM systems separately (now we have implemented almost all the functions in QuintaDB and in a few months we plan to completely abandon the CRM that works additionally). The second range of tasks that we solve with the help of QuintaDB is the organization of mailings to email addresses and phone numbers of our users, colleagues and employees.

Cons

There are minor bugs in the system, which are quickly solved by programmers and technical support guys. For example, I have several times "flew out" bugs and work for several hours, or even days, was suspended.

Pros

At first it seemed to me that working in QuintaDB is difficult, because the service has a huge number of functions. But after 2-3 days I realized that the system was thought out very well inside, all the modules are organically interconnected, and I can create a web form or even a whole database in half an hour or an hour!

Cons

I am a little worried that intruders can get access to our data (all information is not stored on our computers, but on remote servers), but there is no solution yet, we have to be content with what the company offers.

Pros

I've been using MyTaskHelper for several years, before that the service was implemented by my colleagues in our company and was delighted with what the program can do. But I do not always share their enthusiasm. Of course, MTH has many functions, it is inexpensive, but it was difficult to learn how to use it.

Cons

As I said before, it was very difficult for me to learn how to create projects and customize them in MTH. Moreover, developers constantly change something (both in design and in functionality). I used to go to the service after a week's vacation and can not understand where the familiar icons have gone. Well, even though the service desk reacts quickly to all requests.

I work as the head of our technical support service and in our small company the bosses decided that there is no point in communicating with customers to buy professional software. I managed to set up a customer database and save all the negotiations with them in the database. This helps me then analyze the information received and draw conclusions on the basis of the development of my department based on it.

Cons

I do not like that the developers do not provide the desktop version of the software, in addition, the Android application is almost not supported, so you have to use the program through a browser even from mobile devices.

Speaking of the fact that QuintaDB is a service for all-all users, I am not joking. Yes, I can tell you that my child uses it at school to create databases. For example, he makes several tables, where he enters information about his classmates, and then processes the information as he needs, for example, he does automatic sending of birthday greetings. We use the service more widely in our company, as we need both web forms, reports, Google maps and other modules. I will say that everything is easily configured and works quickly.

Cons

I would like the databases that we fill in for serious projects to be stored on our servers. But in QuintaDB this is impossible.

Without QuintaDB I can’t imagine my work

Pros

To organize the work of the technical support service, we use specialized services, but we duplicate all the key information in QuintaDB. This allows us to easily generate reports, build graphs and understand in which direction to develop. Work in QuintaDB is organized correctly, to navigate the interface is simple and easy.

Cons

Technical support for a long time could not fix a simple in my opinion error that occurred when editing the “Date” field. Thank God, by common efforts, the bug was fixed.
