Xodo Makes Signing Documents Simple

Pros

Quick, simple and easy to use. It allows you to send out documents to clients very quickly and includes a covering letter. You can track when a client has opened and signed the document. You can also schedule automated reminders to the clients if they have not signed the document. They offer a free trial of their platform.

Cons

The free trial used to be 5 documents per month, and it now been reduced to 3 documents per month.

Xodo sign has been a great experience. The ability to have multiple people sign one document while providing a centralized digital location gives us the ability for a quick turn around on documents, whether it is a contract or proposal or something else we have found that Xodo sign gives us the ability to administer the document more effectively and our stakeholders find Xodo sign convenient and easy to use as there is no physical document to ship or mail somewhere and the process is straight forward. The free trial is a great way to get familiar with the program without any risk to you as a user, it allows up to 3 documents a month giving you the ability to review the process with different documents. Our experience has allowed us to find a solution to providing legally binding e-signatures without the expensive subscriptions that other programs require being able to have contracts signed by clients electronically helps us look like we are using the latest technologies in our business.

Pros

Xodo is very easy to work with. The preparation, sending and tracking of documents is straightforward and quickly to understand. My clients are also happy with it. It helps me to follow up on contracts and makes the signature process much easier.

Cons

Too early to say what I don't like about Xodo Sign. I have being using it from the beginning of April, so at the moment I cannot say what I don't like, because I am still learning my way. The limiting number of documents could be a con depending on your business, but the subscription plans are more than affordable.

We chose Xodo sign over the other products because we are just getting into the process of needed electronic signatures and Xodo sign offered an attractive free trial of the software with enough functionality that it met our needs so we went with it.

Everything went very smoothly with the free version when signed on a desktop! I l thought it was extremely simple to upload my document I already created on my laptop, add the fields necessary to sign & then send to my client. I also really liked the ability to upload my colors, logo & branding to make the whole process feel very integrated to my personal business :)

Pros

I love that I was able to meet my needs with the free version since I don't use it too often but I ended up really liking it & would use it for future business document signing needs for sure!

Cons

Only issue I ran into was a client tried signing the document on a mobile device & the page just didn't load properly. If this wasn't something included in the free version that's totally fine but it would be nice to see a notification instead of just freezing halfway down when scrolling through the doc

Pros

It's easy to use. It's not bloated with unnecessary features that you don't need and you're not paying for.

Cons

My only wishlist item is that you could bulk send with the basic premium subscription. If you are paying for the service then I think that should be included.

Great for the non-tech savy

Pros

The ability to send the files to the recipient and have them sign the document without an account and have them receive their own copy.

It saves you the manual job of sending over the signed file and because it's simple to use, instructions don't have to be given.

Cons

The back-end interface isn't very modern and a dark mode would be helpful.

My overall experience has been amazing. I typically only have to send a few per month so it's perfect on their free plan. I can't believe it even is free. If I have to send more, I only have to sign up for their least expensive plan. DocuSign was charging $300 per year for almost the same service and DocuSign still has a limit on that already high price.

Pros

Xodo Sign is easy to use but remarkably affordable. Xodo Sign even has a free option with virtually all of the available services if I just send three or less signature requests per month.

Cons

Xodo Sign simply doesn't have quite as many features as other services like DocuSign but it has most of the options. Perhaps the only other complaint is most people have heard of DocuSign but most probably haven't heard of Xodo Sign so they might not feel as comfortable using it.

Pros

The price for one signature per week was the initial draw to try Xodo. The ease of use as compared to competitors (Docusing) will keep us with Xodo.

Cons

Being used to other service, getting set up and learning to navigate the site was the most difficult part of this process. Ease of use/navigate is still something that needs to be worked on but simple enough to stay.

Pros

It was very easy to set up and the package was the most competitive compared to other solutions. We are a small business so don't need an enterprise-level solution, Xodo works just fine for us.

Cons

Nothing to highlight. It was a bit of learning curve in the beginning but there are help resources available. We didn't figure out yet how to customize the actual email that is being sent out - but it's probably just us still learning :-)

As I said, I've been using this tool just for a few weeks, and I don't think I have too many requirements for this kind of product, but it covers all the needs of my small online buseness, so I'm quite satisfied :)

Pros

I like Xodo Sign for basic document management. The interface in intuitive and it's really easy to prepare an agreement for signing. You upload your template, set a few custom fields for a client to fill out, send it to all the receipients you need, and it's done. Plus, it's easy to track your documents and send reminders in a couple of clicks (literally).

Cons

I've been using this tool just for a few weeks, so I haven't found any flaws so far.

We needed a product to help streamline getting documents signed.
After reviewing seven products, I decided to go with Xodo Sign, super easy to setup and use.

Pros

Love the ability to have more signer and also in which order a document is signed. It allows templates and the ability to edit Word docs without needing work.
I also really like the mobile and that it is cross platform.

Cons

Really no cons that I can think of, it is a really solid program.

Pros

I started using Xodo Sign/ Eversign when I started my company, and the free version was perfect for me at the time. My clients had no problems figuring out how to use it, and the rate of document return increased exponentially with the ability to sign online. Now that my company has grown, upgrade is practical and affordable.

Cons

I briefly struggled with figuring out how to configure fields in documents. This was short lived .

I really like how easy Xodo Sign is to use and get started. I was able to use it for the first time while having limited internet access on vacation and it was so simple and easy to get my contracts signed.

Cons

Pros

Price. Easy to use. It's great to not pay a big bill if you only need a few signings per month.

Cons

The auto date field I put in my signature blocks is putting in tomorrow's date (signing at 6pm, nowhere near midnght) which is a fairly significant problem. I would like an auto Time feature as many of my contracts require the time of signing also and clients do things like type the city in instead.
