Complete solution, I use it mainly to centralize all my connections, logins and this helps me to gain time and productivity. I can't live without it anymore. The free version will suit you very well if it is for just 1 individual.

Worth the price if you have a company with a few employees and you want to get organized, but it can be a little steep depending on which country you reside. In my case, I'm from Brazil and the conversion to Dollars is cruel.

It's made by techs for techs. I love everything about the applications they provide.

Nothing, The application works great and its easy to work with multiple remove connections.

What I like most about this software is that I am able to access my work computer from home. My home PC doesn’t have all the programs and files I need to access when I am working from home. Instead of saving files on a flash drive and bringing it home, I can access the files directly through my work PC.

What I dislike most about this software is most of the time when I am using it, there is a horrible lag. I am not sure if this is because of the software or possibly the internet connection I use.

I love the ability to remotely access so many assets at once and save those connections. I can export the file of connections from one application and import it into RDM easily and vice versa. Love the ease of use.

The URL feature sometimes makes you retype the URL into the address bar as opposed to opening it outright.

It is one of the easiest ways to organize multiple RDP sessions. I can leave this up all day and keep multiple Servers open and switch between them much faster than using the built-in windows RDP client.

Unfortunately, there's nothing to NOT like about RDP Manager. I've been using it for over 10 years and it is a fantastic product.

Having one application to manage all logins, all forms of remote access for every device imaginable, and even supporting documentation is a wonderful thing. Lots of options for back-end datasource platforms, loads of application integrations.

The application launch seems a bit slower than I might expect, even on a very fast PC, but once loaded it runs great.

I’m using RDM on MacOS: The Windows version is more more fast and reliable..and on MacOS many of the external plugins are not compatibile (Fortinet, Sophos ecc)

It has so many features that have saved me so much time having to use multiple different apps for different services and put them all in 1.

Sometimes it can be a bit much. With all the different features, doing something simple can sometimes lead you down a rabbit hole which usually leads to something great but complicated.

Remote Desktop Manager is very simple and effective.

Nothing at all, Relmost Desktop allows you to improve IT management, it's difficult to find faults with it..

A nice, intuitive GUI and rock solid for our needs.
Regular updates with security and functionality updates.

A more intuitive method of going full screen for a specific session and back to the main window would be great.

Some times it's a little bulky when making the same change on many connections at once.

Ease of use from a day to day perspective and from an implementation/setup process. We use RDM for our cred vault, RDP launching. It's been great to set permissions based on a users role in the company.

There's a lot you can do with the tool that i can be overwhelming.

Remote Desktop Manager is extremely easy to use and provides a single pane of glass to connect to my customers. It's a time saver and makes customer management much easier than before. Also, their support services are great. Any support request is promtly answered by knowledgeable support staff.

The software is sometimes slow when you have too many entires in the vault, which can make it heavy at startup.

Software license cost is high, particularly paying per user

U can be anywhere and still work plus know your information is safe

I can say that there was nothing that I least like about it cuz I liked it all

It supports about 98% of protocols you need for everyday life as a sysadmin (SSH, RDP etc.)

The initial setup process takes a little longer than just setting up all your servers. What kind of annoys me, is that once you update the software, everyone else from your team has to update too.

It's easy to deploy and you can access the machines remotely without the need of a VPN.

The learning curve. Onboarding new employees to use it takes too much time.
