Easy to setup and use for both administrators and candidates.

Communication from Hire Talent was a little too much for me, but I get why. They want to make sure that you succeed with their product.

It becomes very clear that The Hire Talent has some incredibly powerful features, right away. The results have become increasingly accurate & we're able to accommodate to our candidates
better than ever before.

We knew The Hire Talent was right for us but we were initially concerned with the cost & customer support. Well, we're glad we reached out because we learned it's very affordable & customer service is phenomenal.

I like the assesement tests and everything is in one place

Takes time to use. Super busy and I have really not sat down and gotten used to it!

I cannot think of anything that I do not like about this software/program.

It has been incredibly useful for us to receive real-time results on our candidates' performance. It helps our interview process to have immediate performance feedback and simplifies hiring decisions.

I wish there was more detailed information and explanations on candidates' performance. I would like to see a deeper analysis of strengths, weaknesses and performance indicators.

I like most the customer service - being able to schedule a call to discuss the reports in general and specific results. It is also very easy to send the link to the people I want to take the assessment.

Some parts of the reports are confusing and not easy to understand, but the experts at Hire Talent are very accessible to ask questions.

Able to evaluate a person before hiring them. The software has really helped us. We are able to review in a group and get everyone's opinion.

Maybe not making the assessments so long to take, make them a little shorter in time. Other then this there is no cons with the software.

That it is easy to find a test that could pre-screen potential candidates. They ask alot of good questions and get the results back in a timely manner.

Very thorough test that scored different areas of being detailed oriented. Easy to send to prospective employees. Easy to review each assessment. Great customer service.

The team walked (and still is walking) us through every step of the way, super helpful and knowledgeable and brought up many items to consider that we hadn't thought of in over 30 years of being in business!

I haven't found anything to not like yet, we're still fairly early in the process but so far its been a fantastic experience for me and my team.

The assessment and communication ease of use.

creating the posting is super easy but making sure it's connected to outside posting plaforms isn't as simple

1. Customer support to help educate and analyze candidates. I’m learning my own gaps in knowledge of how to hire people and picking out what I want to know more about specific people. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team are very good about teaching this.
2. The testing that gives a whole deeper dive into a person’s personality and ability to tease out information.
3. Automation. If the first two points weren’t well worth the value already, we’ve gotten a ROI just in the automation piece of the process. No more hunting down references and asking them to call back. Great email templates that save time.

I really want more of structured feature for recording my interview notes and they say this is coming so I am excited to get more into this feature. I would also like a feature to export everything about the candidate from their profile to test results to résumé and one nice PDF in order to upload into their personnel file. They are definitely open to adding additional features and making things as customizable as possible per your organizations needs.

I have been in the recruiting industry for several years and I was very impressed with the breadth and depth of knowledge in this online course. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn how to recruit and hire an outstanding team for your company.

The course is very thorough and covered all the major topics.

I like that it can be customized and the formats can be changed depending on the specific role we want to create an assessment for.

Some of the scoring for the personality assessments, I think they arent as accurate and seem to be a bit cut and dry.

I thought it was easy to use. The service is great. It’s also easy to screen applicants to make sure you find the best ones with very little time span. We screen 15 her applicants a week through the system and it’s awesome

Helping me select the right candidate. I can easily get to any candidates score so I can compare a new prospect's score to a good employee's score. Thereby making a better decision.

I don't always know which test to use on candidates. I just call Fletcher to figure that out. And sometimes the test is not available for a while - a day.

Ease of use, value for the dollar. Reference Checks and Assessment are seemless.

Takes some learning but The Hire Talent is great at helping with the learning aspect.

It's accurate with plenty of useful information.

The software is fine, the individual tests themselves are too long for the candidates. All candidates have to take at least two modules, three if the Detail module is included. Takes 45 - 70 minutes.
