I appreciate being able to check on the 401(k) and have the money go straight into employee accounts, saving time and effort. Since insurance coverage is now related directly to who has enrolled in which plans, processing payroll has become much more efficient.

Overall I'm pleased with this product. The onboarding and user interface is very user friendly and easy to learn and use. The communication could be better due to account reps changing quite a bit. And of course, I would like to see a more economical price nowadays.

My over all experience was the program was really simple and was able to move around in the program with ease.

When I called customer service with try to getting my correct information in the system, the woman I spoke with spoke English and she was so very helpful!

Very frustrating. Time and Attendance wasnot set up to cover varied time schedules. Majority of our staff work 7 hours or less and it calculated employees PTO at 8 hours.

For the most part positive. Over the years the number one overall best thing about Paychex is their customer service. The platform is easy to use and for the most part user friendly but their customer service is great!

Overall Paychex Flex is a great source to run payroll. They file all tax filings and the costumer service if good. They also have tons of reports and very nice reports compared to some other platforms.

The product is decent but you do need to keep your eye on the product and processes. Tax filing can be an issue in some instances if you aren't paying close attention. The reporting could be better as there wasn't much user customisable offerings.

Overall, Paychex Flex has been an extremely useful in documenting time/attendance, PTO and significantly in processing weekly payroll.

Overall I have had a positive experience with Paychex Flex. After the initial transition to the product the usage has be wonderful. My employee's love the app and having all of their paystubs at their fingertips. This is an excellent payroll management system.

I decided to try Paychex Flex after my other options became unreliable. My employees have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to make payroll easy as pie!

Our small family business was offered a flat $33/month service all inclusive by their sales rep. At the end of the year we were charged a surprise over $100 for W2 and year end reports processing. Talking to our rep led to no resolution. Talking to the manager resulted in one time credit only. The following year in 2023 they started charging $85/month until we noticed and contacted them. The new rep. (they always change) promised to look into it; in trying to follow up the answer was "I applied for an adjustment", but after several attempts to follow up she just stopped answering, no credit was issued. Eventually we quit them and received a call from their "retention specialist" who could not help with the past charges, but offered future discounts. They keep trying to process ACH payments 2 months after quitting, good we notified our bank to ignore the attempts. What a mess, would never expect this from a US based company.
