Zoom Workplaces excels in high-quality video calling with clear audio, screen sharing, and reliabilty

The 40-minute limit on free video calls disrupts longer meeting and collaborations

It’s flexibility and easily learned features.

Some features don’t work like I would expect them to, Like the zoom in and speaker.

I like its intuitive and easy way to access its key features without taking a long time to learn them. Zoom has been accessible by various levels of professionals and down to friends having calls during covid. It has made virtual remote work possible by providing ways to communicate in work virtually.

There are updates pop up when I am about to be in important meetings or zoom calls. Although the updates do not take long, I hope there can be ways that we can do the updates later.

The ease of setup and use is what I like the most. Virtually anyone could download and use it in 5 minutes

I do not really find any cons, but if I have to mention something that could be improved, it would be the virtual background feature

Meetings hit cap numbers and constant app patching can lead to delays and connection issues.

When there's a little low network, then video get stuck (fine) but zoom give us whole talk that was done during the unstable network, which really help to understand where the conversation is going.

Didn't find any so far. Just switched from Google Meet.

i liked that it allows you to know if the other party is signed in or not

there isnt much i can say that i didnt like about it

The quality of Zoom Workplace has been awesome since day one. With tools such as file sharing and messaging to name a few. No matter your location you can collaborate, join meetings, and send messages. Zoom Workplace high-definition videos and clear audio are a prime example, of a powerhouse of high quality.

Times can become complex, but nothing a little learning can't fix.

I love that I can have virtual meetings with my family and clients all over the world. Makes my world truly connected.

On a few occasions, I have experienced technical difficulties like others not hearing me on the Zoom call even when the audio test shows that the microphone is working. Hasn't happened often but when it does it can be frustrating.

Possession of pre-made blocks (custom LMS) for drag and drop easing rich text editor. Being lightweight to integrate simply with other IT product tools.

Zoom Workplace has a rapid response customer service team. They help you when you are stack. I love Zoom Workplace for it has productive bots software which are Automated to do certain tasks. Zoom Workplace is easy to use.

This software is easy to use and has no dislikes.

It is a very user friendly tool which helps in remote connection. It integrates with various other tools easily and it has features like screen sharing, document and live chat. It has also 24/7 customer support.

There is no major setback about this tool.

Time sensitivity is completely accurate. While the video camera, exposure seems/feels like you are amongst others live, in real time. Others in the group setting have complained about the lack of audio; there were no cough ups on my end. Sound came through like a charm.

No complaints found on my part. The accuracy was right on track.

I like that I can control users who join,allow them to speak or not,or show their cameras or not.The screen sharing feature is also very helpful.I don't have to worry about data integrity plus we can not only store files and documents in the cloud but also have online video charts which is an add on.The stability of Zoom makes it the premier online video conferencing for us.

Zoom does have some issues with connectivity,I have frequent microphone issues and have had to drop a few calls along the way.

Zoom Workplace offers web conferencing capabilities which allows me to conduct company meetings online.

The best aspect of this platform its ease of use,video and audio clarity.I especially like the instant meeting feature which allows for a quick and seamless collaboration,making it a highly efficient tool for even remote work setting.

The notification can be at times be a hindrance especially the sound when someone joins late it can interrupt presentations,and the notification can't easily be turned off.

How I am able to connect with customers and support junior Software Engineers via audio and video calls is what I like most about Zoom Workplace.
