The product works well and has several added value services we like all intergrated. Customer service is decent, mixed feelings on thier new AI chat bot, sometime you just need a human. Once again the bigest issue is pricing. Their list price is now $10 and comparables are $8; $2.00 per can add up fast.

Excellent tool for folks joining a company for the first time.

Overall, after using Rippling for 5 months, I'm very satisfied with the experience.
After the first setup and first guided payrolls, everything is straightforward.
The price is great for the amount of services, such as benefits integration, international contractors management, employees payroll etc.

It's great software, but we can barely use any of the features given the pricing model. It doesn't make sense for us to have to pay $8-$10 for every user per month every time you want to add the smallest feature. These features would make our operations run smoother, but we would barely use them and it doesn't make sense for our business. I really wish there was another way or at least allow us to integrate with other softwares for free. I foresee us jumping ship if there is an affordable way to handle the comprehensive features that Rippling offers. I really want to love this software but they are pricing us out of being able to actually use the software given our staff is mostly all part time. It doesn't make economic sense for us. Really frustrating. Also the support is been really frustrating. The billing is also confusing and doesn't make us feel good about using the platform. Explanations are not straightforward.

It's not the worst payroll system we've ever had to deal with, but it's not the best either. There are positives, as well as major places that need improvement.

Excellent! The reports have saved me a lot of time for end of year business projections. Employees catch on the onboarding process quickly. I would not go back to the "old way"!

We have been working with Rippling for about 3 months now and it has been a positive experience. They are hands-on with the implementation and also train you on the product as they guide you through the process. We have run our first payroll and everything went very smoothly!

Rippling is a decent alternative to behemoths like ADP. The customer service is responsive. But Rippling is probably best for companies on the smaller side.

Overall, great interface, great platform, easy to use, not generally problematic, save for a glitch sometimes here and there. Plenty of resources if you have any issues.

Rippling is much more user friendly and all-inclusive than the prior payroll/time tracking/applicant tracking platforms I have used in the past. Support is timely and has resolved 95% of issues that have arisen.

I've really enjoyed using Rippling while setting up my benefits - it was super easy and straightforward. I also use it daily for requesting PTO and checking paystubs, and it’s made these tasks effortless. The company onboarding process was a breeze thanks to Rippling, and the mobile app makes it even more flexible to access everything on the go.

Rippling has been a great tool to keep up with all things HR as well as any training I might have. Highly recommend, its probably the best product for HR I've used.

Rippling is a fantastic all-in-one platform that simplifies HR and IT management. It offers everything from payroll and benefits administration to device management and app provisioning.

It was a frustrating implementation. Videos are how they expect you to learn implementation. And many of the videos are past iterations and so don’t match the views. The implementation calls were non value add. Our questions on fitting the system to our processes were answered on average 5 days later and usually with an unable to accommodate. Benefits plans were limited (unable to upload our offerings). Bulk upload of salary was unable to complete due to errors on their end. After a week, still no resolve. Missed our implementation deadline. So we cut our contract after paying total annual upfront.

Everything aside from recruiting has been simple and efficient.

I find it really easy to use Rippling and it has everything that we need to manage the team.
