The product works well and has several added value services we like all intergrated. Customer service is decent, mixed feelings on thier new AI chat bot, sometime you just need a human. Once again the bigest issue is pricing. Their list price is now $10 and comparables are $8; $2.00 per can add up fast.
Pros
The tech stack and features are awesome compaired to others.
Cons
Price increases ever year and list price has increase 25% in two years. The only reason we would leave is pricing, which this year came very close.

The centralized platform is great because it offers a single place to manage all aspects of HR including payroll, benefits, time tracking, onboarding, and employee data. It is also known for providing responsive and helpful assistance to users. Overall fantastic software!

Overall, after using Rippling for 5 months, I'm very satisfied with the experience.
After the first setup and first guided payrolls, everything is straightforward.
The price is great for the amount of services, such as benefits integration, international contractors management, employees payroll etc.
Pros
Our team is fully remote and has both employees on a payroll, and international contractors. With Rippling, we're able to every contract and payment in one single platform.
Setup is quite quick, more or less 1 hour, and the customer care rep who guided us made it very simple and clear.
They have a great customer care team, always available to help with doubts (which you'll have, especially if you don't use it daily. There's a lot of features)
Cost is very competitive, it was cheaper than other international hiring platforms. Do negotiate.
Cons
The setup is not the easiest, I'd have struggled to do it alone. But the guided onboarding is great and the reps very helpful and available.
International payment has a quite high fee for each payment $-$, which is 20$ for each payment.

It's great software, but we can barely use any of the features given the pricing model. It doesn't make sense for us to have to pay $8-$10 for every user per month every time you want to add the smallest feature. These features would make our operations run smoother, but we would barely use them and it doesn't make sense for our business. I really wish there was another way or at least allow us to integrate with other softwares for free. I foresee us jumping ship if there is an affordable way to handle the comprehensive features that Rippling offers. I really want to love this software but they are pricing us out of being able to actually use the software given our staff is mostly all part time. It doesn't make economic sense for us. Really frustrating. Also the support is been really frustrating. The billing is also confusing and doesn't make us feel good about using the platform. Explanations are not straightforward.

The software is actually good, probably better than most competitors.
Cons
It's not a good fit for most small businesses that are doing high volume low margin sales with lots of part time employees. We would love to be able to actually use most of the features but the cost structure is prohibitive. The onboarding was really not straightforward and honestly did not feel good at all. The difference between sales and the support agents was disappointing.

Pros
I like how in depth the employee information can be. I also like that when an employee makes a benefit election, change or termination, we get an email, often with a completed form attached, so we can submit them to the carriers.
Cons
Setting up Rippling, contacting support and fixing issues is an absolute pain, and it's caused some employees to not receive benefits because they take so long to fix problems, and then the enrollment window is closed.

We have been working with Rippling for about 3 months now and it has been a positive experience. They are hands-on with the implementation and also train you on the product as they guide you through the process. We have run our first payroll and everything went very smoothly!
Pros
This tool is super user friendly and the implementation guidance for the admin staff to set-up the product is amazing! They walk you through everything and make sure you know exactly where you can find the answers to your questions.
Cons
I wish there was more support for small teams around state tax registration, while registering for state tax numbers is not super complicated, it is time consuming. Rippling offers this help through an additional package at an added cost. It is not included in the Payroll administration package.

The platform, firstly, is very aesthetically appealing. The paystub illustrations are super cute!
The platform is user-friendly, well designed, easy to understand, well-organized, intuitive.
Color usage is good and conducive to a good user experience.
Everything is laid out well and I always feel like I can find what I need. Plenty of resources to try to troubleshoot any issues or confusions on my own.
Cons
Sometimes updates lag in Rippling. I may still be asked to perform a task in Rippling that I have already done and it will be on my homepage like an eyesore–and even might prevent me from using needed features because the update I made within my Account hasn't taken. Seems like a glitch thing.
For example, I might update my insurance information in my Account, but Rippling might still be saying I haven't and I'll have a task on my homepage telling me to do my insurance stuff.

Rippling is much more user friendly and all-inclusive than the prior payroll/time tracking/applicant tracking platforms I have used in the past. Support is timely and has resolved 95% of issues that have arisen.

I also use it daily for requesting PTO and checking paystubs, and it’s made these tasks effortless. The company onboarding process was a breeze thanks to Rippling, and the mobile app makes it even more flexible to access everything on the go.

Rippling offers a very convenient way to manage all our people ops processes in one centralized platform. It streamlines everything from accessing paystubs and handling PTO requests to managing benefits, making it easy to keep track of important employee information and tasks. The all-in-one approach simplifies HR management significantly, saving time and reducing the need to jump between different systems.
Cons

It was a frustrating implementation. Videos are how they expect you to learn implementation. And many of the videos are past iterations and so don’t match the views. The implementation calls were non value add. Our questions on fitting the system to our processes were answered on average 5 days later and usually with an unable to accommodate. Benefits plans were limited (unable to upload our offerings). Bulk upload of salary was unable to complete due to errors on their end. After a week, still no resolve. Missed our implementation deadline. So we cut our contract after paying total annual upfront.

The User Interface was pleasant for our employees
Cons
Customer Service and implementation support. Email is the only way to communicate during implementation unless they provide you a link to schedule a call, which you have limited calls in your plan.

I hope a notification is sent whenever there are still pending left that aren't reviewed/approved after 3 business days for example so I don't have to remind my manager to approve my filed leaves.
