WaiverSign makes it easy to create, send and sign electronic documents such as waivers, liability forms and other legally binding contracts. It's an easy and affordable system to use. The assistance from customer service is fast and effecient.

Some businesses might find the limitations to the number of waivers you can send frustrating - but for my personal use it was sufficient. I also think that if I needed to have a variety of different documents set up and had to go through customer service each time, that might not be the most efficient way. But those are minor compared to the feature you do get with the software.

I just started using and I am finding it user friendly so far. After a season of fully using I will have more of an input of pros. Although, the search features and use of information seems easy enough to populate what I am looking for.

I have not got that far into implementing into daily use with our customers. We just began the new version.

Easy to use. Easy to install on devices.

Outages are not often but enough to be annoying.

The mandatory requirement to put DOB every time or at all bothered some of my clients

That it was able to do everything that we needed and more. It saved so much time then getting every waiver signed on paper.

At this time nothing comes up. Maybe the search function can be better when it comes to looking customers up but, it still is much better then other waiver signing softwares I used

That it gives you a signed product with a time stamp and that they added custom fields!

Wish there was more ability to sync with google sheets

It just works right out of the box. We were able to set up multiple versions of waivers, and customers can easily access the waivers while in our store, or ahead of time via URL. We don't have to worry about the signing of waivers... WaiverSign just provides the service without worry. And WaiverSign is able to provide us with the best view of customer demographics of any of the software tools we use.

Not much. It is pain-free. Maybe the ability to have slightly more configurable custom answer fields.

This is super easy to use!! Can't say enough about this. I am not a "tech" person but I was able to do this with ease.

I can't say anything bad. Every time I had a question, they always responded very quickly to all my questions.

Digital Waivers are automatically submitted into the software program and don't have to be done on paper and then mailed.

Older generation that aren't computer savvy have a hard time getting through the process. That's not the fault of the software; it is the lack of skill on the customer completing the waiver.

Ease of use, immediate real time view of signed waivers, convenient for international events as well. Both you and the guest are able to not only see on WaiverSign that your waiver has been signed but also you are both emailed a copy of the signed waiver. Very smooth!

I love the integration with the reservation system. It doesn't add an extra step to the reservation process.

Nothing. We have been happy with all of the features, the pricing is great, and the customer service available.

What we really like about WaiverSign is that a customer can sign using our in-house tablet or their own personal smart phone — or even at home.

We would prefer to be able to eliminate duplicates from the accumulated database. We run tests using the same persona and all of those "test" submissions are part of the official record.

For a small business, it is a great choice! Inexpensive, easy to use, and helpful staff. The users find it easy and not complicated to fill in forms and electronically sign a document. We are using the software for our clients to agree to our booking terms and also sign a liability release. Very happy about this software, everything functions as promised!

Not able to edit the first page. We ask the clients to agree on booking terms and conditions and the text on the page "Please select participants for whom you will be signing" we would like to change a bit and place a title like "Our Booking Terms and Conditions" above the line, but this is just a small detail, not very necessary.

Very easy to use and the customer service is beyond impressive. Reps were available via email nights and weekends anytime I had questions. Can’t thank him enough.

I appreciate the ease of access and user friendliness for having people fill out waivers for our organization. We used to have people sign a physical copy of our waiver, but that was not as effective in getting the waiver back or saving it.

I'd like to be able to export the names of signed waivers into an excel spreadsheet.

It is easy to use and the customer service was fantastic. They've helped me immediately anytime I've needed assistance; families far prefer this online waiver system to register for dances and I will continue to use it for events I organize.

I would like if the edits page would save automatically so I don't lose edits if I step away without clicking save like Google docs.
