Great product. So far, the best SMS Texting system I've found for my business.

Pros
I like that I can have my clients reminded about appointments at 2 different pre-appointment times. We use 4 days ahead of time and 2 hours ahead of time. I like the point-and-click calendar and time scroll settings.
Cons
I don't like the fact that I can't have the same reminder sent to more than one person at a time. For example, I have a client who's parents are divorced, but they both need to be sent reminders; so, I have to set up 2 separate reminders for the same client.

The reminder an hour before for clients is a lifesaver. And it’s nice for myself to get a reminder for clients too.
Cons
Sometimes it doesn’t always send a reminder and it needs to be reset/you have to contact GoReminders.

Pros
What I like is that not only do they get the reminder two days before their appointment but they get another reminder two hours before. They can no longer use the excuse that they didnt remember their appointment.
Cons
If I have to miss a day I have to remember to delete the appointments for that day. But it is nice to be able to just delete that days appointments and their follow up are still pre scheduled.

I liked how the rate of cancellations and requests to reschedule went down.

I hope to one day be able to send a reminder to more than one client phone number and email at once.

I work with a team, it would be nice to have the notifications go to two email addressed in case one of us is out of the office rather than just one email address.

Very easy to use, has many features that are very helpful! I love that it does all the work for you ! You just simply have to add a name and number and that's it ! Everything else is there for you to choose from to make your appointment scheduling easy!
Pros
I really liked the ease of use, it is very user friendly! I figured it out within a few minutes. Some similar programs were offering an hour of zoom training before even starting to use it which I didn't have time for. GoReminders allows you to have access not only on the website but also from an app on your phone and through text message alerts. GoReminders customer service was quick to resolve any issues we had and have been very friendly. I love a great service with awesome customer service.
Cons
There is really nothing bad I can say about GoReminders, it's been a game changer and a life saver!

Pros
The program has many features others do not. Personalized messages sent as reminders. Automatic weekly appointments and reminders. With Go reminder it is easy for me to notify my clients if I will be out of the office and need to reschedule. Saves time when I have to be out of the office unexpectedly.
Cons
The frequency of appointments needs more options. For example, an option to set appointments for 3 times a month.

Pros
It keeps me on track with my appointments. I don't have to wait for a call back from a client to confirm an appointment; they can text to confirm or reschedule. As a Realtor, I have had fewer "no-shows" using GoReminders.
Cons

I wish they had a featured that gave a 2 minute delay before the reminder went out because there are times that we selected the wrong day or wrong office and the patient gets concerned and calls us to correct the problem. The new preview feature is a step in the right direction.

We struggled for years to have an effective way to remind clients of appointments. GoReminders does this for us on 3 different occasions. This has cut down on our number of no shows for appointments or customer's calling and saying they didn't remember the meeting.
Cons
No issues with GoReminders at this time. It has been a great fit for us.

Cons
I wish that i could skip ahead and cancel an appt. Im only able to cancel the following appt. Not a future appt.
