Treatwell connect has really helped me stay organised and has boosted the growth of the business. There is always a team member to help who is very knowledgable and friendly that can assist if you get stuck or need any advice. They have your best interest at heart, I think it's really great!
Pros
It's simple to use, very user friendly. It keeps all my appointments in one place and allows me to manage my week easily. It's boosted my business growth, I especially like the reminder texts and emails that are automatically sent out the day before the appointment, and I really like the widget that can be linked onto my facebook page, website and instagram profile. It's really helping my business take off and I've been telling everyone about it.
Cons
Cancellations can be difficult when client as paid in advance for treatment.

Our company Splash salons has been using Treatwell in the UK for almost 15 years and we have had a great relationship with them. We opened a salon in Madrid 6 weeks ago and we decided to use Treatwell for our software. since then it has been a nightmare. They are single-handedly ruining our business. 1. they DO NOT get back to us regardless how many emails or whatsapp’s we send them. 2. All of our prices and treatments are incorrect and we do not have the options to change them ourselves.3. Treatwell Pro is not fit for purpose and it’s creating chaos to our day to day operation. To everyone who is considering using Treatwell Spain i strongly advice you not

it would be great if the booking system could sync with our salon 1Q system so that we aren’t running 2 separate booking systems. or even an option to copy the calendar so it can be forwarded on to our receptionist when i’m not in the salon .
Pros
That it generates new business and brings clients to my business. However i do find the first time client percentage quite high as it usually means i make no profit at all (occasionally out of pocket) on the first treatment . This is ok if the client is returning but if they are passing through the city it’s not financially viable. Also it’s sometimes necessary to change an appointment time without this having an adverse effect on ratings as clients choose a time but it means i can’t fit somebody in before or after the treatment meaning it impacts how many bookings i can take.

Pros
Fantastic features with amazing SEO included I’d never get my website at the top. I’m a top rated salon due to great reviews so feature high on the listings in my area. Booking payments taken and paid out with no hassle.
Cons
Need consultation forms linked to bookings and a reminder to confirm no changes to medication etc before attending another appointment is essential! Charges for clients returning after two years when they originated via the salon not Treatwell is harsh!

At our spa, even though the company does marketing each professional is responsible to.build their own client buisnesses/ portfolio. Treatwell has really helped our professionals expend their clientel and most importantly it has helped everyone have a cleaner schedule.
Pros
Easy to use and as spaanager able to select what other employees can do. Love the notifications straight to our phones once someone has booked and reminder for individuals schedules. Has completely eliminated double bookings.
Cons
Does not require a deposit for booking, so people and cancel or no show with out penalty.
Only recognizes a client if exact name is used.. would be nice to locate client by phone number ber / email.

I have built a close relationship with the brand and have fallen in love with the product more and more over time. I can't see my business working without it. I love the fact that we get daily new clients and that by using Treatwell I have managed to grow my business faster and expected. I can't wait to open my second location and work together with Treatwell to help me grow it.
Pros
Treatwell is an essential tool for my business. Whether you are starting a new business or have an existing one, with Treatwell I have managed to grow my company within the last 6 months. Grow my team and get them busy at the same time. Using their booking software is so simple and helpful since all new clients that book through treatwell market will come directly to your treatwellpro system. You can manage all bookings directly from your phone app or using the cloud system on your PC. Stylist can also have their own log in and the app on theirs phones so it saves them time knowing what bookings they have coming up and prepare for their day .

I like all the features of the system. Looking forward to new features and updates for the future

The more and more I keep using treatwell the more and more I get frustrated. Bearing in mind salons are their main source of income which would make you think they would listen to you, help you. Nooooo all they care about is getting their money. I will definitely look at moving to Fresha who are partner orientated and not money orientated. I was told by 5 different members of staff that clients can’t leave a review after a 1 month period. A client then leaves a review after 3 months, I contact the review team to tell them this is not fair because if someone is really unhappy they wouldn’t wait for 3 months and why would you allow it. He said they policy has always been the same. Honestly the team definitely need some training as they don’t know what they’re doing. The give false information on many different occasions as I’ve witnessed this. They Always side with the clients and they said that this is their policy. Clients can write whatever they like ( a client threatened us ) and this was allowed. There’s definitely no regulations as no one takes it seriously. Treatwell should not be allowed to be run like this, it’s damaging businesses!

We love being open all hours with treatwell. We have a lot of clients who tell us that they would never have knew we existed without. It’s enabled us to have a very good start to the year.
Pros
It’s easy and quick to use. Especially on the go! It’s common sense, and really I needed little training to use it. The added reports and marketing will be great!
Cons
I wish the was an online form section. To create records! I also would love more options to select what staff can and cannot do, possibly ways to disputed reviews, especially those that don’t make sense. I also don’t like that I cannot cancel appointments made via treatwell without contacting them directly. If a client message after hours you’re stuck with it until morning.

I feel very lucky to have come across Treatwell a couple of years ago and decided to start using their app to help growing my business. It has helped me to fill a lot of empty slots, and to be found by lots of new clients.
ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! especially if you are a solo massage therapist trying to build your business!
Pros
it is very easy to use, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING! Very responsive and always able to help with any enquiries or issues. It is like having a personal support team!
Cons
I have 3 locations supported by treatwell and it would be nice to be able to book a client who visited only 1 venue in a different clinic without having to re-create a profile and copy/paste their details.

The software functions fairly well from the client booking side and the clients tend to be a good calibre.
Cons
My least favourite part of the software is a lack in featured which sends clients marketing promotions, newsletter, events etc. Also there is very limited space to provide client history. It would be great if it could have client record cards, consultation forms and pre & aftercare forms to allow clients to complete online. The problem I have is because Treatwell is very basic here, it is not possible to intergrate with another diary system.

Pros
The ease of use. Even with having multiple stores the software is speedy and easy to jump from one store to another. I love the inbuilt marketing features too and prompts to maximise effectiveness!

The small print on treatments is rather small. It would be great to have a section to make edits or notices to clients

We are being able to fill in last minute slots with new clients booking via Treatwell. It also allows clients to book in without needing to contact us directly which reduces admin. Taking pre-payment also ensures less cancellations and no shows.
Pros
The software is user friendly and also a widget can be inserted into your own website and on facebook to take people to your calendar.
Cons
The fact that you can't run numerous discounts on the same services to run at different times.

I have not had any issues with Treatwell since I have been with them. I have been with this company from the days it was called Wahanda and seen the company grow to its new name Treatwell. I have had the best experience with this company and wish to have many more experiences as the company grows further and t my business grows with it. Yeahh!

I love everythng about the system, customers can book online change there appointment and pay online too. Very user friendly.
Cons
Tha fact you can not change the treatment once customer has paid online to a diffrent one. Sometime customers can choose the wrong treatment.

I do not think there is at present any hick cup with the existing and new software. I am sure there will be additions and perhaps they may not be as useful as it is now.
Some of Treatwell clients change their details and this is very hard to recognise that they are customers who have used our services and are not new.
