Flowlens not only manages to squeeze in a complete MRP package, but its modern, API driven approach means it can sit at the centre of complex multi-spoke systems, giving sales, manufacturing and stock a single point of truth. We can now integrate our own custom systems for a full Engineer to Order solution, with detailed oversight of every part of the business. Being able to see exactly what manufacturing stage a customer's order is at, within a few clicks, has been a real revelation for us, as has the timed tracking of job cards. Another big positive is the intuitive user interface. Staff at all skill levels found it easy to use and the whole team took to it quickly. Compared with other systems I've implemented in the past, we saw at least a 20% reduction in onboarding time. > > **Cons**: The only downside at the moment, though it's already on the development roadmap, is SolidWorks integration.
