The most i like about this software is it's very easy to use. And it saves the time also.

I didn’t find anything bad about this software.

Again, this is about ProPresenter 7. They've made some random things easier than it was with ProPresenter 6 (such as changing text color).

For ProPresenter 7, it tries to do too much and sacrifices things it did well (or easily) in ProPresenter 6. It certainly is not as intuitive as ProPresenter 6 was! We rent from another church, so we can't leave our laptop plugged in to run from week to week, but that shouldn't matter. It baffles me that one screen configuration setup that worked the previous week doesn't work the next week. Also, I don't appreciate that I can't find (this may be me, but again - not as intuitive) the CCLI number for songs we've already downloaded as I was able to in ProPresenter 6. PP7 is geared for streaming and seems to have made that a focus. We use Facebook for streaming because we have so much text on screen that it will require a complete redo to break the text screens from our liturgy into smaller lines of text on a page to allow for visuals and text on the same screen. Anyway, PP7 has been a disappointment and I don't think it's going to get any better for me because their focus seems to be more on streaming than multimedia display.

It’s a professional product with backup to match

Not much, it’s constantly updated. If it does crash the team stay with you until it works as it should.

It’s such a powerful piece of software and it can do so much! It’s much nicer to use this as an all in one system rather than having everything separated out.
I also think their customer service is some of the best in the business, they answer emails late at night, on the weekends, as well as during regular business hours. That’s going above and beyond!

It can be a bit confusing to show volunteers how to run the more advanced pieces of the software if they aren’t experienced.

I switched to ProPresenter because both PowerPoint and Keynote would crash due to too many video backgrounds and presentations.

I don't like how you can't organise the playlist bins. Many times, you'll have to scroll to the very end of your background slides to get the newest ones instead of them coming up first.

It has made it easy to set up church services from week to week.

It took some effort to understand some features, but I don’t think that can be changed.

ProPresenter is super user friendly, adapts to multiple use platforms and the customer service is great!

Not opening properly was dealt with by customer service!

The hidden menus - some of them can be upfront so that there's no need / or less time spent in looking them up on the system.

ProPresenter allows you to easily choose a variety of backgrounds, let's you edit text easily, allows you to put your slides in order, and labels everything appropriately.

There are several different systems displaying lyrics. It is all in what you get used to. I have used Powerpoint, MediaShout, and ProPresenter. It takes time to learn anything new and unfamiliar and everything has its pros and cons. ProPresenter overall is a great choice. Just be sure to give yourself time to learn all of its features.

I like how user friendly it is. We use volunteers and on the rare occasion one of the regulars is unavailable I can pull just about anyone in and give a crash course before service to fill in.

Updates on Windows have had some stability issues and glitches, forcing us to roll back a version.

Easy to use, lost of options in ways to use and the tech support team is incredible and very patient with us as we are a smaller church trying to do BIG things without a tech guy!!!!

We have tech issues sometimes with it but the tech team is always super fast at getting us back and running!

ProPresenter is easy to use, yet so in-depth. I can train anyone to run it in less than 5 minutes!

Some of the problems are hard to troubleshoot.

Flexibility and ability to project across multiple screens.

Really dislike the subscription model. Would rather pay for upgrades as needed.

ProPresenter provides excellent support for worship services through its ability to provide real-time lyrics, scripture and graphics. The ability to “drag and drop” files makes it easy to use.

The restrictions for connecting certain video elements such as ZOOM calls creates a headache for most lay people.

Very robust but also very user friendly. I have a team of volunteers that range in age from young to old and each fully understands how to use it.

None. This works seamlessly and I couldn’t love it more!

The features and capability are fantastic. It has the ability to do many things many different ways.

The capability is so rich that it is not intuitive for someone who is not tech/software savvy.

ProPresenter helps create fantastic slides for presentation.

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about ProPresenter.

The ProPresenter comes with many features and it is regularly updated. We were easily able to control the stage lights with it for each song with different themes. For the first time we were able to have have different displays for lead team, congregation and the sound/display team. It is a near perfect software

The cons seemed a lot especially for the size of our church. The cost is very high and it is a very technical software for any new person. Additionally, it will run but with difficulties for computers that are not very powerful especially for volunteers.

The thing I like the most about ProPresenter is how colorful and eye catching presentations are made effortlessly.

There is no problem encountered with ProPresenter during the time I was engaging with it. It is flawless.

I really like how beautifully ProPresenter designs each and every slide with great precision and care.

I don't think there is any aspect of ProPresenter that I dislike or like the least. It is simply amazing.
