Neos has an extremely intuitive design that allows for dashboard customization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization. I was pleasantly surprised to see just how deep the customization could go.

The learning curve was a bit steeper than I expected.

cant find one Pro - numerous steps required to complete simple tasks

the Customer service is beyond terrible - they are useless - the "ZOOMS" we not the least bit informative - covered everything except what was needed when coming from needles to NEOS-we had saved reports and documents in NEEDLES - they can not be transferred to NEOS - either we recode all the documents that are needed or Assembly will recode and upload - for a few hundred a document - unacceptable - we already had the documents in YOUR other program - truly terrible

Neos is great for it combining calendar, notes, emails, and deadlines all in one place. Looking up my client and everything going on or due all together makes things easier to manage.

It can be difficult to figure out how to initially set things up and while you can send notes in office, they do not pop up on your screen so you may miss something urgent if you don't check your notes constantly.

How it makes it easy to work as a team. I love that it saves our information for the next person to see. It also saves all the information we need.

How it signs me out every 3 days and I loose everyone I had pulled up. Sometimes you have to copy your notes after every update and repost them because they refuse to save.

What i like the most about NEOS is the checklist, i love not having the checklist to remind me everything i need to do on a daily basis

The calendar: adding a calendar from case event, does not allow you to see the clients name on the regular calendar. It makes me feel this is double the work

Everyone in the office has access to it. There are many features such as case notes, insurance information, document uploads, etc.

I do not like the notes part, I wish it just had a save button to make sure they are saved.

Neos makes everything you need to run your office smoothly in one place at your fingertips.

Every so often there would be a new glitch. But the remote team was quick with the recovery assistance every time.

Accessibility, easy Navigation, Productive, Informative, Proactive.

There is nothing I do not like about it.

Neos is easy to navigate and is user friendly!

Inability to personalize the view tab as much.

Online access and I can get on from anywhere. I also like the layout.

Many bugs. Everytime there is an update, we have issues persist for about a week.

That we can delete mistakes when we upload something to the wrong file or multiple times

I love that I can create letters and documents within the app

I need the ability to add to certain fields for multiple defendants and service

Our company is loving the new AI Feature on NEOS

When trying to save something, if the required fields aren't filled out it wont save. Instead of saying why it wont save you must figure it out

Everything! Every area of neos is helpful for our every day activities such as updating clients, ordering bill and records, making sure bills are up to date, etc.

Neo is almost always freezing or being slow to load at certain points of the day. This can delay our work progress.

I like how you can work on multiple cases at the same time.

I do not like how you have to type out the full email of the person you are sending a note to.

Aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate and so many accessibilities.

Initially, transitioning was difficult. The process seemed like it could've been smoother/quicker.

Neos allows our company to follow along each case in the most organized way

The text messaging system does not work

The basic features work, but they are difficult to use.

Some examples: Reports that are generated are not as good as the prior version of the software. You cannot open up two tabs on a single case at a time, so you cannot toggle back and forth between pages with the same client's case without closing and reopening the different pages.You scroll within many notes and open the note you want. Then you close the note, and it puts you back to the beginning of the notes again instead of leaving you at the point where you opened the notes, so you have to waste time getting back to the original note to scan others that were entered around the same time.Calendaring is very important in our practice. The calendar feature was not working for days, and we did not receive timely assistance with the problem from the company. We had to threaten legal action for them to finally fix it. Documents have disappeared from folders and reappear in other folders inexplicably. I was on a phone call with a client this morning. I clicked on a form to go over it with the client. The form did not open and it disappeared from the directly while I was talking to the client. I could not find the document while I was on the phone with the client to discuss what I needed to discuss with the client. I had to end the call and find the document in another directory.Documents which have not been modified inexplicably change the modification date themselves making the date of the document properties no longer consistent with its generation date.

The ideas behind the product are good. But they are just ideas and goals. The product does not work.

Neos should not be released. Its constantly freezes up. Data is lost. They promise to bring over data from Needles or another system but they can not. It runs extremely slow. We have all brand new computers and pay for the highest speed internet possible and the system is so slow its ridiculous and unusable.
