Without Wayleadr my parking experience would be a nightmare. I appreciate the technology behind Wayleadr, the ease of use, and flexibility of the entire parking experience with Wayleadr.

Pros

The ability to book my parking spot in advance and have it guaranteed.

Cons

I wish that their were more real-time notifications around when parking spots are released by others.

Pros

Ease of use, beautiful slick UI that was clear and logical. Haven't had any issues like lag, wrong data, double booking, crashing, etc.

Cons

Opacity of algorithm that decides who gets a spot. There are not enough car spots where I work, so there is an algorithm to ensure it is "fair" for everyone.
Carpooling could be more obvious, needs to be easier to organise.
Small nitpick, if I select the 2 week or month view, I'd like it to persist. I could go to my profile for example, and return, and it would have changed back to the 1 week default view.

Pros

App is easy to use and straightforward.
- Easy to book parking on the Friday before the upcoming week for the whole week.
- It's great that now you can select which location you want parking.

Cons

Due to limits in my company's parking capacity, I'd love for Wayleadr to allow people to release their existing booking and book in another location for the current day with one operation.
Right now, I have to check if anything's available, then release my current booking, hope that nobody else snatched that available spot, and book it. If I could just check for availability and then book which would result in my other booking being released automatically, that would be really great!

I love the language that Wayleadr uses in its copy. I like the amount of notifications and being reminded to put my requests in ahead of time. I like the user interface. I like seeing my spot # on the main page. I like the feature of reporting someone in your spot. And so much more!

The customer service is next level. I weigh the value of their service equally to the value of the tool.

Cons

The algorithm works fantastic for staff who don't have a preference on parking space, there is a preference feature that can accommodate these people, however, if it were an option to be able to hand select the stall you wanted, that would be a great option!

Easy to use and always get a space. The only problem I have had is someone being parked on my allocated space which was sorted out quickly.

Pros

Always able to get a space even at short notice using the app which is quick and easy to use

Cons

The only issue is that sometimes I am allocated one of the most furthest away spaces and have to drive past a lot of empty spaces

I like how you can book for timeslots or all day, allowing better sharing

Cons

Sometimes the app has issues with connecting to the boomgate in the office, which leads to using access card to enter

From the moment I joined the business it was quick to pick up how I book spaces on the days I go...

From the moment I joined the business it was quick to pick up how I book spaces on the days I go into the office. I am a hybrid worker, with flexibility to go into the office, outside of my core days. If I chose to go in ADHOC I can look at availability that morning and get notified if a space has been released for me to use.

Pros

The ability to know what days I have parking and the exact I will be parking in up to 4 weeks in advance.

Cons

I have no issues with Wayleadr. I do not have an operational or support role within the application.

Overall, Wayleadr provides a great solution on the difficulty we have to find a parking spot. It also reduces the stress that comes along with that difficulty, and it saves us valuable time.

Pros

Wayleadr is a great app for requesting and booking a parking spot, the app is user-friendly and very simple, you just select your preference dates and request a space. Moreover, it sends a reminder once a week which is very helpful and it gives you the possibility to release your space if needed, helping a colleague find a place to park as well.

Cons

Even though I am very satisfied with the app I would appreciate it if there was a waiting list in case somebody haven’t found a parking spot and to be notified accordingly when parking spots are available rather than constantly refreshing the app to check for availability
