The ability to send and receive messages with ease.

The UX could use improvement. People with no computer knowledge would find it a tad bit difficult to navigate. Also, the mobile interface should have all the features the website does.

Ease of use, easy access, updated features, facilitates communication with students and parents.

Communicating with my students. Also, communicating with parents is also very beneficial.

Not being able to send a group message to my students. I need to type their names one by one if I want to do that.

Nothing to mention, it is perfect, really perfect

It is easy to use either through the application or the website.

The application doesn't notify me when I receive messages and I need to login everytime I use it. (iphone)

It calculates the ratio of the marks entered automatically.it can send a message to a group of people at the same time.

There's no place where I can check my messages sent as a group and not individually and in the inbox I can cannot classify the messages sent according to my classes.

Missing student names but parents’s names

It is adjustable and multiple features were added to accomodate our needs as users.

The view of multiple coloumns on the gradebook of students is really confusing. The window have an option to minimize and maximize the view.

Product easy to learn and use. In times of distance learning, it allowed me to carry on most of my duties as a teacher.

I haven't encountered any negative aspect of the product

Good for E learning and for crisis management

SCL has no cons really. I enjoy working with this software.

It's an easy software I've already tried another softwares but this one is really an easy one

I can't get the notification on my email as i couldn't link it to mail so i have to login to check if there is anything new.

Sometimes there are glitches. However, this is usually due to unstable internet connections.

It’s easy to use. The breakout rooms are great for group communication.

The only issue I was facing. Once I start the breakout rooms, I can’t add students who came in late.

It logs out every now and then. To send a msg you have to enter with username and password
