Pros

It is really easy and friendly for tiny companies. I used many different crm-systems but I couldnt understand them. After I used bigin for some minutes, I knew: "This is the crm-system, for our tiny company with 5 people."

Cons

It is really convenient to setup and onboard users.
We tried a simplified process for one of our teams instead of using Zoho CRM (full one), but in the end lacked some functionalities here.

Cons

Limited customizing options, overall not so useful from mobile in our case.

Much more than a place to Bigin

Pros

Where it shines uniquely for me is its ability to be repurposed for any internal process that requires a pipeline - support desk, projects, expense requests, HR onboarding. It achieves this by letting you use any module independently to the others. Say you build a pipeline for HR onboarding. You don't need to associate a deal with a company - which wouldn't make sense in this context. Or a pipeline for projects - there's no requirement to attach a contact.

Cons

It is missing an elegant way to generate proposals or live working docs to share with clients but there are workarounds as you can connect Bigin to many of Zoho's other products. I think this is not a deal-breaker considering Bigin is a simplified platform aimed at small business operators who don't have specialised IT knowledge to implement and administrate a CRM.

I've been using it during the free trial period and have found it to be a valuable tool for managing client relationships in my tax firm. The platform's ease of use, combined with its useful integrations and semi-personalization features, has convinced me to purchase and fully implement it in our operations.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the integrations that Bigin offers. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to manage client relationships effectively. Additionally, the semi-personalization options available allow for a certain level of customization that suits our firm's needs.

Cons

Best value for the price compared with all other crms for SMB in 2024. We worked with Pipedrive within the last 5 years. But since we found bigin we switched imediatly.

Pros

I am a sales consultant and have been looking for an affordable and powerful CRM. I think Bigin fits this need very well. Very affordable but has the power to do the things I need to implement to create a great tool and increase the sales team's productivity. I insisst that the CRM needs to be a tool for the team to do thier job better and I believe Bigin is exactly what I was looking for.

Cons

Data import of companies and contacts takes a bit of learning. It works, but take the time to understand how it does it.

We love the CRm for functionality and the fact that I can upload files to each contact and project within the CRM.

I haven't been able to figure out the tasks part but I am having a rep call me again to go through this, they are very good in the service end and helping you as the customer
