I've got my coffee running down my leg as I sit here trying to balance my laptop on my knee in the server room waiting for my vendor call. So, I will try to keep this short. Xero integrates with Salesforce and Concur fine. I was surprised it did not crash once we transitioned to using Dimension Structure over the old Account Number fields. Most of the time the AI Bill Coding reads the invoices correctly so I don’t have to type as much which is a small relief. > > **Cons**: Everything has to be done on an entity-level as opposed to being able to access all information at the top-level. Finding anything takes way too long. System upgrades also take hours and lock-out our offshore team. However, the absolute worst thing about this system is that you cannot modify the Default Reporting Dates from Calendar Month to Fiscal Year. I run on a fiscal year basis. Every single time I pull reports, I have to manually override the dates to get the correct information. This wastes my time and makes me scream. > > We used to spend months closing the books due to having cabinets full of paper. I no longer have to login and logout of multiple accounts fifty times per day. I’m glad it catches mistakes such as double paying a vendor prior to my boss yelling at me. It’s nice that I can work from home a couple days per week as it’s hosted in the cloud. Like all platforms, they have to decide which features that users request will be implemented, and that left some users feeling ignored and out in the cold.
