Gmass is my number one recommendation tool for bulk email marketing. I've always been a great fan of Google's products because they're worthy of trust and truly convert.

We've used a few other similar tools in the past but Gmass outbeats them.

Our company does a lot of phone calls and from experience, not every deal is closed on the first 2 calls. For clients who may not have time to talk on the phone, I offer options to either get in touch via email or maybe by call later in the day.

But most often, reaching out via email is always the best and most effective means to sell our services to them. With more than 700 phone calls per day, reaching out one by one to clients can be very stressful and that's why we use Gmass.

It lets us send bulk email campaigns inside Gmail with just one click. I like and recommend it because it supports automation, boosts email deliverability, and allows us to do lots of testing before sending the emails out.

I'm not responsible for making purchase decisions in my company but, I think it's also very expensive- let's analyze this from an individual perspective, a marketer who's just getting started (probably with a little, limited, or no budget) would have lots of hassles buying this service.

Gmass is powered and backed by the world's first and best search engine and it's a more reason why it should be affordable.

The program works ok. I realized that I'm basically double paying for mass email and GMass felt like it clogged my inbox. It works for plain text emails, however I didn't really find much other benefit personally. And, I regret spending the money on it. Other people have found it really useful and leaving high reviews. I'm just feeling I could have done without it.

The customer service is awful and the website is a little bit of a run around to find your help/support answers. There is no chat function on the site nor a way to contact them. I didn't realize my subscription was still going until I got a card ping today. I immediately canceled the account and went to find customer service to ask them to stop payment since. In order to get a refund, I had to search the site. Then, you can only connect with customer service if you have GMass attached to your emails. I'd already pulled the chrome extension off my computer. Without the GMass extention, you cannot get a hold of customer service. To me, this is dishonoring to the customers that pay money monthly to use a product. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend GMass.

Gmass is so simple and easy to use. I like that it allows me to work within Gmail, and it's much quicker for one-off mass emails than other platforms like Klayvio. Definitely recommend!

I'm not sure about the security of the app

Easy to implement and use. I've used it before. The service is top notch also.

I wish it did stuff other than just email.

This is great. It makes you so efficient and your work seamless. I 1000% recommend. The pricing is great as well.

There is nothing I can think of that I don't like.

GMass has a simples dashboard and since it's very well integrated into Gmail. After a few days tweaking the product and reading the docs I was able to use it to my full advantage.

I think it should have more automation features but I might be wrong since it's only been two weeks I'm using the product. And I think there's more to come!

The price is the best part for me! Less than $50 per month you get the same mass emailing options, automation, and tracking for a fraction of the cost! I mean saving thousands!

I have not found any short coming for this program.

Excellent service. I like that I am able to use my current email for my email campaigns. Looking forward to staying in front of my clients and staying top of mind.

It is really easy to use. I do a lot of work from Google Sheets and being able to link that to my email marketing without the need for an API is a game changer for me and my team.

It's very different to it's competitors so took a little while to get used to, but I was over that within a week.

It is so useful when I need to mass send an email to lots of recipients.

It seems the report generation was not quite accurate about the opening of the mail by recipient. It sent me a report when I open the mail that I sent by myself.

It was fairly quick to get set up & got the job done for our initial bulk emails that we needed to send out. Pricing is great.

It's not a very scalable solution, and will need to be replaced as the company grows.

Contact management is also done inside of Google contacts, and you need to paste each email address to send to.

GMass is a great tool for contacting prospective clients, and the volume is great!

umm nothing right now, i get what i needed but i would love to them have more payment options

I absolutely love how GMass can sync with a Google Spreadsheet, and uses that spreadsheet for personalization. GMass just makes my life sop much easier and really helps me keep better track of who I've been able to get in contact with.

It takes a bit of time and worl to figure it out and take full advantage of it's features; however, their help articles are really helpful and detailed.

GMass allows users without workspace accounts to personalize and track mass email campaigns. It integrates easily with Google Suite tools, including Google Sheets.

Nothing so far. With further use, there may be things that appear glitchy. I'd read other reviews for a more critical perspective.
