Zettle is my personal assistant without the cost. I now have peace of mind knowing I have this software. I’m not panicking wondering if I missed anything. This is the best software for peace of mind.

Honestly the only issue I had ace I’m not trying to crack a joke is that it doesn’t talk back. It’s my own personal assistant and it doesn’t respond to my conversation.

Unfortunately they changed ownership over lockdown and we found the new system to be really terrible. It used to be great but unfortunately the table management was ruined and became unusable for restaurants.

Paypal makes it easy to pay for purchases online in a safe and secure way. I use Paypal especially since they have great return policies. Great for supporting small businesses that take payment through Paypal.

There's sometimes extra fees. I'm unsure how good customer service is when you do run into an issue.

It mostly have network issues and bug that make the app crash. I think it should be more faster even if offline

Nothing to dislike is super simple to setup and use

I am the bookkeeper for a company that recently switched to Zettle so I do not use the app directly but the POS system integrates pretty well with their e-commerce site and payments are transferred timely. It is less expensive than other POS systems.

My customer complained of a confusing set up and that though they don't often use the hardware, it does take a while to boot up and occasionally loses it connection, making it less reliable than the online options.
