The personalisation is targeting is well works really well, too.
When designing elements, consistent brand is easy with the customisable colour palette.

The setup was pretty simple with drag and drop, and it gives you the option to select the pages, whether it shows based on behavior, how often, etc.

> **Cons**: While it maps to Hubspot, you have to pay extra for fields, and forms, so this was kind of annoying. We also had an issue with the pop up dimensions when it was too tall for the browser, which we would have expected to adapt.
