As far as folder structure - you can set whatever you want it to be. It sounds like you’re referring to the default template, but you can customize your folder templates as much as you want - so if you want to create a folder template by years, you can certainly do that! I totally get your concern about client access on shared computers—it can definitely be confusing for clients who are logged in as another user. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us a lot, and we’re always looking for ways to make things better.

In fact, we’re about to release an update that will specifically address this! The new e-sign without login feature will ensure that the link for the spouse automatically directs them to their part, rather than just taking them to the sign-in area.
