Its been a invaluable resource to use to manage and oversee our compliance journey as well as a fantastic tool for implementing policies and mandatory training for employees. Overall, we could not have completed our PCI compliance without SecureFrame's well thought out UI and access to helpful consultants.

> **Cons**: Only thing I like least about SecureFrame is maybe the amount of time I get to spend with a consultant, which is a hard limit of 30min but even then, its not a huge deal as most of the time 30min is all you really need. Even then, you can book time as often as you like.

> **Pros**: - I really like how a lot of the tests have steps that show how to pass them. 
 Although a lot of those procedures get outdated pretty quickly with how fast interfaces change each year, they give a great starting point to figure it out.
- I also like how once a test has its configuration set, you don't have to re-evidence that test each year.  So it's kind of set-and-forget, until (if) it falls out of compliance.

> **Cons**: - It would be great if each test had its own unique test number.  It can be difficult to keep straight which test is which, as they're currently grouped under common control numbers.  Take these for example:

When looking at the titles, which test does what?  It's hard to tell, so when I group evidence or keep personal notes, I always have to go back and figure out why the tests are different.  In addition, it would make things way easier to reference a specific test number when collaborating with others.

- The test view filters don't stick very well.  I kept having to re-save my view filters when logging in, then I just stopped trying.
- It would be helpful if zip files were a default file type for uploading.  Not a big deal, but a bit of a nuisance to keep having to enable it.

> **Pros**: As an HR Rep, I've primarily used SecureFrame for our SOC 2 Compliance data. So far, the platform has been remarkably user-friendly. Creating folders and adding necessary documentation - like screenshots and reports - is easy and provides an excellent way to keep everything organized.

> **Cons**: The only minor drawback I've encountered is in the report/doc upload process. When using the dropdown menu to categorize the file, I found that the available options didn't always accurately reflect the type of report/doc I was uploading. It would be highly beneficial if we had the ability to add or customize more choices in that dropdown, perhaps through an Admin function (which I don't currently have).

> Since I only use SecureFrame once or twice a year, I don't have extensive experience with the platform. However, my overall experience has been great - it is super easy and user-friendly, which is essential for infrequent use.

When we've needed wanted to look at additional compliances to support sales opportunities, Secureframe has been very transparent and reasonable.
