The two biggest pros are the ability to manage one's task list within a calendar, and the responsiveness of the Akiflow team on its Slack community.

I really hope they add import/export features soon - these are important. I double manage my to-do list in Excel and Akiflow because I am concerned about losing data. I shouldn't have to do this - it should be backed-up and exportable. I also hope they add HIPAA compliance so I can use my work email and calendar here too.

I liked the ability to create my tasks and label them. Easy to drop into my calendar.

A lot of missing features (in my opinion). It would be great to have contacts, share my availability easily and be able to use it on my phone easily.

I love it that it's so easy to create and organize tasks both on Macbook and on the phone!

Sometimes it's a bit difficult to navigate through existing tasks.

It's efficient. Decent iOS widget. Works across phone and mac seemlessly. Reliable. Great support. Best integrations and simple gmail integration.

The features are a bit basic on some level, but make up for it by working. I've used lots of other products that are more full featured, but their flaws and bugs make them more challenging and unreliable.

- The ease of scheduling tasks and getting notifications when my meetings and activities are about to start.
- The ritual feature especially Shutdown helps me review my day and what I was able to achieve.
- Seamless integration with Gmail, Trello and Todoist helps me avoid context switching.
- The discounted pricing makes it affordable especially for personal use.

- It can be considered pricey for an organization to implement across the board compared to alternatives.
- Sometimes the Mobile app doesn't load for certain devices requiring the use of the Web App which is less intuitive.

Easy to see multiple calendars in multiple accounts/services.
Easy to manage tasks in multiple services.

It's a little expensive if you purchase monthly.

The thing I liked the most about Akiflow is the fact that it helped me visualise and taking control of my time during the week. I used to manage my time randomly, procrastinating tasks and forgetting a lot of not urgent (but important) things to do. With Akiflow I started considering my week as a clear, defined itinerary with no more deviations or bumps on the road. Plus, I really like how deep you can go in organising your tasks, using different layers of control on them (tags, projects...). This helps me when I start feeling overwhelmed with too many tasks and I need to prioritise them quickly. Also, the thing that Akiflow automatically creates a task about an important email, and when you open the task you find the link that takes you directly to that email is absolutely awesome.

It happened just a couple of times that I noticed a little problem with the mobile app, but they always fixed the problems super quickly.

- Ability to easily create tasks and assign them to projects
- Mac shortcut to create a task on the fly

- Lacks calendar automation features (e.g. projects being bound to different calendars, e.g. personal tasks book time in personal calendar)
- Task organisation is not the best - sometimes I struggle finding tasks I created, and it's quite easy to forget them if you don't schedule them right away
- Pricing seems a bit high - Akiflow is definitely not cheap!

Akiflow's time blocking features are the best available. I have tested out dozen apps like this, most notably Sunsama, Todoist, TickTick and Akiflow has the best performance (speed), ease of UI (slick user interface), fastest keyboard shortcuts. I completely stopped using Todoist and I've used it for 10+ years. Akiflow has the potential to be the best task manager out there. Highly recommend.

There are some features still missing like sub tasks and reminders. Mobile app is currently in beta and lacking features. Nothing is a show stopper though and Akiflow has proven itself to be developing on weekly basis. Customer support is great. I have high hopes for this product.

I love how Akiflow gives me peace of mind everytime I feel overwhelmed with life and responsibilities. Having the ability to dump things on lists, and organise them as visual boxes on the calendar always helps me feel like there is time for everything and all is gonna be ok. I tried almost every tool there is on the market, and can't really tell what it is about Akiflow I keep coming back, but the truth is that for me, no other tool comes even close. I do miss the native Apple Calendar integration, which is why I keep looking at other products, but other than that, Akiflow is becoming a tool I can't live without.

As mentioned, I miss the native Apple calendar integration, as well a more stable mobile app. I believe all will come with time.

Everything. Easy to use and very modern. I like to use it as a task manager and calendar.

I think that only price. Great appp, but I would love to pay less.

I like the integrations with many of the tools that I use. The integrations themselves could be better but they do the job well enough for me to keep track of all my tasks and pending actions.

I think it is a product still being built and so there are features with less polish or there are gaps in functionality or unexpected results. I know they are being fixed.

It is a task management and project planning software that I find very interesting and good. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It's good software but what I don't have is its web version which doesn't respond correctly. It needs updating from time to time.

I love how easy to centralize your tasks from all your sources (mail, slack, notion, etc.) and to dispatch them on a calendar view.
I love the reminder before tasks and meetings. I can manage my schedule with a glimpse of an eye. Terrific!

No cons encountered yet. I think they definitely know their users

I love that Akiflow keeps me centered and makes me plan my day ahead so that I'm efficient and productive.

Akiflow is great, I don't have any major complaints but they could add exciting team collaboration features and mobile apps for iOS and iPadOS, but I'm sure that's in the works.

I love that I can pull in tasks and to-dos from various sources - Asana, Email, Slack - and have one source of truth to then time block the tasks and make moves with what matters. Akiflow has become invaluable for this - a dashboard of productivity and a catch-all to make sure nothing gets forgotten about.

The biggest thing it's missing is an iOS app - but this is already being worked on. And I'm happy to wait for a product that's been thought-out and not rushed.

There are other nice-to-haves and improvements coming - 2 way Asana sync for example. Everything I have a comment on is already being worked on.

So easy to use and begin integrating! The capture features are so intuitive for me. The dev team is extremely kind and responsive.

My only complaint about the product is the price. I'm utilizing Akiflow alongside other personal data/knowledge management tools. I think the price is a bit high for a tool that doesn't meet all of my needs, but it does what it does so well that I'm willing to pay it, and am lucky enough to be able to. I'm hoping that pricing tiers will become available as Akiflow takes on more users.
