Little difficult to understand the interface with too many buttons added on

Nothing - I miss Adobe and its user friendly options.

You cannot adjust the screen to your preferred uses each tab is required to be accessed separately taking up hours of time switching between tabs, edit, comment, view, crop. It groups things that have no business being grouped. Prefer Adobe that is single section separation. Kofax moves to much around when adding to an already in use text box. It adjusts the formatting from the original to much spend far to much time correcting what was already nice and in good format that Kofax screwed up when trying to add or remove items.

Security features that lock and protect PDF documents.

Some embedded fonts are not available when editing PDF documents.
Highlights add a comment, would like a highlight only option.

Being able to easily Bates stamp documents, redact information, type in info on a PDF and delete unwanted pages.

Kofax Power PDF is all in one solution for PDF viewing, editing and exporting PDF files. It is very easy to use.

The process of merging PDF files can be ade more simpler so that even a layman can use it otherwise its great.

All functions are available in the version I have. I don't require additional add-ons to get my job done

When I pull a tab out from the main window, it opens up directly below the main window. It would be preferable if the tab was still connected to my cursor and follows it to the spot I want the tab to show up. Similar to chrome tabs

I haven´t found anything negative yet... So it is hard to say what I like least about Kofax.

Power PDF is easy to use and gets the job done. it doesn't annoy users with trying to upsell their product. I especially like the ability to OCR a document.

Converting a PDF to an Excel file can be tricky, but it can be done.

It has everything you need, and more, compared to other PDF Editor/Reader softwares

Does not translate Adobe edited files on a 1-1 match base.

Able to edit a PDF for shipping documents with ease now.

I only use the Edit and Convert functions, both work well for what I need them for.

The conversion features are so useful, creating Word/Excel and fillable forms.

Converting documents into Excel is probably very tricky. Sometimes the results are not optimal, but even then useable.

Kofax Power PDF is simple and easy to use

Probably the cost is the thing I like least.

Ease of use on features, easy to find the items I need to use.

Sometimes it freezes while combining or trying to print large documents.

We use this software for all of our PDF editing, making forms, etc.

everything functions very well. I have found nothing wrong with the product.

Digital signature, adding text, flattening.

Not possible to extract pages. Saving files sometimes takes too many clicks.
