> **Pros**: The software itself is very good. Has most functions we need for Apple Device Management. And it is easy to deploy.

> **Cons**: The renewal process is awful. They only support automatic renewal but don't give you the proper way to adjust the number of seats. They don't have account manager or customer success team to help user review the contracts, agreements and price. Everything go through the Support Ticket. For a SaaS targets to enterprise market, it is so inconvenient and so difficult to communicate. We tried to reduce the number of licenses but was not able to make it for weeks.
