Pros

I've been using Deel as an international contractor for over 2 years now and I love it.
It makes it easy to establish a framework with the employer and handle payments, as it integrates seamlessly with wallets such as Wise. Also, shout out to the perks - my favorite is the one with Booking.com.
Special mention to the Deel card, making it even easier to manage money.

Cons

I find the login process very slow, both in the website and the app. And some of the UI/UX could be better. Also, the Deel card extra fee for non-USD purchases is kind of annoying. I mean, I understand, but still, the feeling of paying extra is not great.

I payed with Deel for 2 years, for all that time a had only 2 times, when I received salary not a payday in the morning, but lately in the night. So it is pretty good stat.
Anyway, I didn't used their card, their promos because they are not yet relevant for people located out of EU/USA.

Pros

Fast transactions to my banks.
They added crypto, so the commission is 2% so far

Cons

I don't like currency converting fees, for me they are bit high

Allows minimalistic cash flow: zero action set up based in-out.
Allows minimalistic set up: mostly absolutely necessary required initial and ongoing settings allowed, redundant or annoying questions and requests are avoided.

Cons

Too low period for storing earned money without withdrawal. 10 days may be too short while waiting proper withdrawal method setting o desired period.
Mobile application does not work with earlier android versions

Pros

Basically what has been popping for Deel, is that you can pay international employees directly in a fast and an easy way.
Also waiting for their card to be open internationally in my country, I feel this will cut of a lot of hassle for us international contractors.

Cons

I dislike their customer support team, they are repetitive and uneducated when it comes to providing high customer experience.
Also I dislike the fact, that it might shows on their system a certain payment day and it does not arrive until 5 days later, so basically, their system needs to reflect all and everything they speak about, and it should reflect the payment arrival directly.

I am very happy with all the features especially payroll managment, salary reception, withdrawal options are very much useful and critical for my business activities.

Pros

Ease of setting up multi-country payroll and payment reception in multiple currencies. Website is very easy to navigate and find any option that is required. Deel offers wide vareity of withdrawal options such as Paypal, payooner, local and international bank transfers, crypto wallet transfers etc... which is very useful and convenient.

Cons

Transaction fee could be a little lower especially conversion fee to different payment options.

I like how transparent it is to see when your money is coming, as well as the different perks, and options when it comes to withdrawing funds. The virtual card feature is pretty cool too!

Cons

I tried applying for the DEEL physical card but while it did say it shipped to Belize, I'm not sure where its shipping and where, and where its taking the funds from. Its pretty vague.

I'm having a positive experience, I've been impressed by the speed and ease of use of the app.

I'm having a positive experience, I've been impressed by the speed and ease of use of the app.

Pros

The app experience is excellent, with services provided in a clear and efficient manner. I have used it to sign contracts, verify documents get a background check and set a funds transfer. All those steps are automated and integrated into their pipeline, so besides entering some information, they process and give me the results automatically. I usually see that companies adhere to many apps to process HR information, but in Deel's case, it's all in one app. They even have an specific local payment solution, which most apps don't have. It gets much easier to transfer funds without getting a new banking account (that probably won't get any other use besides transfering funds).

Cons

I think the support needs attention. I needed to check an information, so I contacted by email, which gave me an automated response to use the app chat. Using the app chat just made me talk to a chatbot, that just gave me FAQ answers, and I couldn't transfer it to a real person. Even when it's an AI-based operation, it's important to have human interaction, as many times the question is not among the ones in the documentation. It makes the user very frustrated to not be directed to a more personalized experience.

My overall experience is a an awesome one, the onboarding, pay out, document managing and frankly all the options are groundbreaking. I think Deel is at the forefront of internationl employee management.

Pros

I like mostly being able to upload all verificatio documents in a smooth, easy process, the onboarding capabilites are genuine, the option to receive your payouts in cryptocurrencies, to a bank account, or to several choices is just groundbreaking.

Cons

I cant say I dislike anything about Deel, maybe an area of opportunity would be tutorial videos on how and what documents are allowed help some.

When the bank transfer is done it doesn't say exactly the fee charged to transfer the amount. It provides a range but no the exact amount.

In general it is a very good experience. Everything works just fine for more than 2 years, the money is there in time, quick withdraws. I had the chance to use support aswell, they were fantastic, with a quick response.

Pros

- That offers payroll on many countries, and made it easier for developers from outside of European Union to work.
- You can get a Deel advance and pay for it later if you need some money
- You can order a debit card and use it for paying with Deel
- You can withdraw your money in different platforms

Cons

- For not having a tax advice or tax service for my country - Kosovo. I am struggling with taxes here, since it is taking much time for me to do all the things

Overall, my experience with Deel has been positive. The platform meets all my payment reception needs efficiently and reliably. Despite some areas for improvement, such as local currency transfer fees and delay management, Deel remains the best alternative I've found due to its ease of use and low commissions.

Pros

The immediate transfer functionality to my bank account is a significant advantage. Additionally, Deel's commissions are much lower compared to alternatives like PayPal, making it a more attractive option for frequent payments. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to use, which simplifies payment management.

Cons

The fees for transfers in local currency could be more competitive. There was also an instance where a payment was delayed for over a week without any compensation, which was a bit frustrating.

Excellent in every way. The service exceeds expectations with its user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and outstanding customer support.

Pros

It has a very intuitive platform, making it easy to use. Combined with the tools it provides, it offers a great user experience, such as having a debit card, advancing your payments, or scheduling the day to receive them. Additionally, the customer support is very efficient, responding quickly and in multiple languages.

Cons

I don't like that it still doesn't have a mobile app.
