Love this app. And love the team. They are always there for questions, my last was immediate response. Great support, great supporting of the smaller business owner by not charging an arm and leg for all these features, and the fact that so much connection with Canva, makes my day so much easier.

Pros

Pricing is better than most, and features are abounding. Post to reels, stories, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc follow RSS feeds to gen new content, and great connections with Canva, great scheduling options, it makes my work day a pleasure. I used to hate doing all the social posting, but it is now slick and fast.

Cons

n/a really. I don't have any complaints. Perhaps add in some reporting for paid ads, that would help a bunch. Could use some more stats for the GBP reporting, but overall, the tool does everything I need. They have AI connections, would like to be able to use my license, but also would like to be able to create an ongoing prompt for the customers to help with the content. I currently do most AI posting in another tool that keeps that customer memory. The Hashtag analysis is a great help tho.

Easy to use, great price point, seems to have all the basic/intermediate features you need in a solid scheduling tool.

Cons

It's not as visual as other software - designed for calendar view primarily rather than feed view so lacks some small elements.

We purchased a lifetime deal not really expecting much from the software. We have started integrating Publer into our workflow as the developers work to improve the software. I think anyone looking for this type of software should put Publer on their shortlist.

Pros

I think Publer's user interface is the most intuitive of the software in its space. It was easy to learn and navigation is swift.

Cons

Publer's analytics and reporting is currently very basic. It lacks many of the deeper features offered by competitors in their space. We know this is an area they are working on and are looking forward to seeing where they go with it.

In my search for the ideal social media planner, I’ve sampled nearly every option on the market and maintained subscriptions to several.

Regrettably, each tool had its drawbacks, from user interfaces and missing functionalities to pricing issues.

Ultimately, I settled on Publer, which has proven to be my favorite. I’m very happy with it!

Pros

Modern & Good-Looking UI, Appealing and easy-to use calendar functionality. Absolutely fair pricing model.

Cons

Missing Canva Video API and the option to select existing Canva designs for posts. I can only create new ones.

Buffer, Later and Hootsuite

Poor UI and buggy interface in certain areas. Besides that, pricing is higher.

I use Publer DAILY to plan my content for the next day on multiple social media accounts, it is now a solid part of my routine to create in Canva and then plan in Publer. I don't think I've ever had any problems with it, unless they were caused by someone else's API.

Pros

Publer is simple and I mainly use it in a web browser, although if I'm in a tent somewhere the chances are I will use the app to make changes or additions to my posts. But simplicity is definitely the key.

Cons

Social accounts are sometimes counted double, eg. Instagram and Threads, even though it is the same account. The checkout page is somewhat confusing when increasing the number of accounts without changing the your plan.

Publer has made it incredibly easy for me to post across multiple marketing platforms, the hassle of logging in to each channel, writing the right thing, and publishing it is long gone!I'm a big fan of the number of marketing channels they have access to - there's even a few I've been introduced to by Publer that I'm looking into.

Cons

This might be more of a Meta problem than a Publer problem but, I wish there was a way to connect an Instagram account to Publer if it doesn't have a Meta Business Account. I've inherited a few accounts like this where I don't have access to the Business Account and don't know how to get it.

I'm so pleased with Publer that I canceled the other service that I had been using for my social media management beforehand. The few times I've had some technical issues, support has been very responsive and helpful.

Pros

So far I'm impressed with what it can do for the cost. It's easy to set up and integrate the accounts I want to include, and it's fairly intuitive to use. Support is pretty responsive.

Cons

There are some technical hiccups here and there, but nothing that would stop me from using the service.

Everything just works. I've tried a dozen of apps that did not do what they promised they do. Publer is smooth! Publer is snappy, fast UI. All the features are well-thought and vital. All the major platforms exist. And they all are well-integrated.

Cons

I'm fine with everything they've got but, a "tweetdeck" of every social media platforms could be my dream on such an app.

Pros

Publer have done an amazing job of providing powerful content creation and content scheduling tools through a very simple and easy to use interface. I can connect multiple channels and manage my social media activities through one interface.

Cons

Publer provides all the tools I need to drive my social media management strategy. As a solopreneur, I am always looking at ways of automating my end-to-end workflow. The only thing that is missing from the Publer platform is a Public API so I can integrate other tools. But it has not been a deal breaker, the value that Publer provides far exceeds the lack of a public API.

Publer all around is the total package. From analytics to feasibility to posting through numerous platforms. Then it has additional integrations. It has been a wonderful product to find and has the ability to save me fatigue of posting constantly

Pros

That I can make a queue of posts by category. Instead of assigning each post to the calendar, I can create categories on the calendar and assign posts to those categories. A lot of well know tools doesn't have this.

Also love the RSS feed to have all the sites I read in the same place so I can easily share a new post.

Workspaces is very useful too, to separate my business from my personal brand.

And I really like when an app has a public roadmap updated.

Cons

It doesn't have an API. And the Link in Bio feature doesn't support custom domain

Trending posts shall be more diverse and open to more fields of expertise (e.g. education, services). Statistics are limited and available only for the most expensive billing plan. The basic statistics could have been available also in the professional plane.
