Excellent range of features to support asset, maintenance, document and property management

An essential product that seamlessly collates data from a number of different systems and amalgamates it to deliver key information in a logical and joined up format enabling a wide range of end users and the supply chain to be fully informed about the whole property portfolio covering assets, maintenance, compliance, risks, and projects. Supported by a very capable document repository the system delivers the right information to the right audience.
Pros
The ability to accommodate different input formats both manual and automated allows the data and knowledge base to quickly evolve and expand and the system quickly becomes the key source for all things property related. Access rights are easily applied meaning new users can immediately obtain information about any property of interest. Support issues are quickly addressed and resolved, and any development requests are given careful consideration to the overall product enhancement and performance.
Provides an extensive asset register with dashboard reports including lifecycle modelling based on an algorithm of underlying asset risks. The planned maintenance module allows one of the most automated schedule creation functions available, allowing the user to administer a large maintenance schedule with just a few clicks, assuring compliance by tying maintenance templates to asset types. Compliance paperwork is easy to securely upload from internal and external sources without manual handling.
Cons
Requires an initial learning curve for end users but once familiar with the data available in the system the benefits quickly become apparent.
