I’ve heard it’s more unsecured and less regulated

I thought it was a safe way to purchase things but i was wrong

Your money is not safe with them. If you purchase something and you don't receive it you loose your money and they will not help you get it back. You can call them [sensitive content hidden] but they will not help you they just record you and tell you there's nothing we can do but your money is safe. They have a policy to get your money back but they lie cause when it happens to you they will tell you there's nothing they can do.

I like of I’m In another state then someone and we need to send money it’s just the hit of one button

What I like least is when someone sends money it takes hours sometimes and I never know if it went threw or not

Being able to do an instant transfer for a small fee

Not being able to send a certain amount.

For a small business Cash App is a great way to send and receive payments. I also really like the debit card.

Not that many people know about it so there are times it's not an option or people don't necessarily trust it.

Easy way to transfer money straight from my phone. Was able to get a debit card for my teenage son.

If you have a problem, you are basically out of luck as customer support is completely dysfunctional

I like how easy Instant Transfers on Cash App are, because they offer immediate, convenient access to money whenever it's needed. Being able to access needed funds is very crucial in emergency situations these days and cash app is spot on!

Customer Support is terrible. I’ve had many challenges accessing a human Agent in a timely manner which is not excusable.

I have been using Cash APp for quite sometime now and I love it. It is a easy way to send money to my neice and to use whenever Im paying for subscriptions.

The only thing that I dont like about cash app is that if you someone scams you . you will not get your money back.

A few of the pros that I find with this money slash banking app is the convenience in which it is effortless to send money from account to account regardless of who the bank is.

Seemless adding and removal of linked banks makes transfers easy and any deposit is free... immediately.

I have found that it has alot of spam attempts to charge my debit card so i leave the card locked till i need it. Im not sure if thats a good or bad thing..

Customer service is terrible and offers no kind of amicable solution to thier products poor business practices. Horrible dispute resolution. Inferior to every affiliate within thier industry. Blames thier users for CashApp mistakes whever a pro lem arises. They only stole $40 however $40 is $40.

It is very easy to use. I use the stock trading feature alot. I love how much detail was put into it. Great job Cashapp team! When I need money and i know it will be there. [sensitive content hidden]

I would like to be able to see my gains and losses with bitcoin.

Wen i want to send my hard working money i should be able to then wen i call they tell me nothing can be done and hung up in my freaking face im going to be homeless if tgey dont allow me to send my rent money they are keeping me from paying my rent if i become homeless ill call every news ststion ans put cash app out on how they are really treating ppl

What I like most about this app is it’s ease of use, customer service, swiftness and security! I had a issue with a direct deposit missing and Cashapp’s team went above and beyond.

There’s nothing I can say about this application that I don’t like!! The money is always on time and always secure.
