We are impressed that our experience with Clearooms did go according to the plan. It has made it easy for us to work together and hold meetings in our virtual workspace by helping us simplify the booking of meeting rooms. Clearooms ensure that everyone gets to know which room is free for booking therefore there is no wasting time when joining meetings.
Pros
Clearooms is easy to use and it took us a very short period of time to learn how to use each and every feature available. The whole simplicity of finding an available room to book help us keep our workspace perfectly organized. The way it give in-depth meeting rooms reports helps track and keep up with all our meeting rooms activities. Clearooms support team has been working tirelessly to ensure we have all the support we need.
Cons
With the kind of support we get from Clearooms support team, there has been nothing we find least likeable about it.

There is not much that we have not liked about the tool, it performs exactly the way it is supposed to and our administrative team is always setting up test enviornments to ensure we push the best product to our team.
Pros
The best thing I enjoyed was working with the onboarding team. The team was very helpful and engaged during the discovery phase and assisted us with integrating their software into our legal firm. The presentations they provided were high-level and appropriate for our executive team. Customer support has been outstanding and their turnaround time on major issues is quick and fast.
Cons
There are a few customizations we would like to see in the future. We know this is a young company, but their support supersedes them.

Pros
The clean look of the Room Display & the ability to customize. The backend setup is relatively easy to navigate.
Cons
Inability to book a meeting room on the Room Display app for a future date/time. The Help articles & FAQ need to be fleshed out. Example: I had to do a lot of online searching for how to get the Room Display app - there was nothing in tier help section.

Cleanrooms for staff is absolutely useful for booking and management of workspace with excellent support team. I also find layout optimization and repeated booking to be very convenient.
Pros
I find it pretty easy to learn and to use in my experience and best part is that it integrates with google workspace that made it more practical for working with teams . It has lots of customization options in dashboard also.
Cons

I like that Clearooms provides details of available floor plans , desk facilities and meeting details on single platform which i like as it is very easy to use with good customer service.

Clearoom support me in my work by easily scheduling room, check available floor plan and i love its unique feature of Optional health questionnaire prior to booking.

Clearrooms makes it easy to book desk in rooms. For last minute desk booking we can also use hotdesk, which is a great feature of Clearrooms.

Clearooms is simple for staff to use for booking hotdesks. It’s quick to find and book desks and the repeat booking option is handy. It fixes the problem of arriving and finding no desk available.

Clearooms makes it easy to see and book seats. It’s simple to use, meets our security needs, and helps manage hybrid work by showing where people are and letting you book accordingly.
Cons
I don’t have anything else to mention, but the dropdown menus are a bit confusing to use.

Super easy to use and deploy. It has been vital to us implementing our hot desking and flexible office working policies

I would prefer more control over the frequency and type of reminder notifications to ensure our users do not forget to check into their booked desks

Cheap, cheerful, good support and it's so easy to get set up and for the consultant to use.

Pros
From inquiring about this product to design, installing and implementation this was very straight forward and easy to set up and implement. This allows unique set up for each type of company and also covers H&S elements for use during the pandemic. This is also easily adaptable and can be changed to suit the requirements of the business. I also love the fact this is subscription based, you pay for what you use and can easily be cancelled, if needed. However, this product works extremely well and covers a lot of areas.
Cons
Nothing - I like it all and it is still evolving in it's developement.
