Easy to use, nice looking and quick to make the improvements we suggest

Still a new system but the flexibility and customer service completely way that up. They are completely honest with what they offer right now and are informative about improvements and developments on the way

I like that Hailey is easy to use and has great customer success service! I also like their holistic approach to HR - that they want the product to support the whole employee life cycle.

As Hailey is a startup, and a product that is being developed all the time, and as I use the product in Finnish, sometimes its translations are not correct - which gives an unprofessional impression.

I find Haley easy to use. It employs a standard layout and offers extensive customization options. I appreciate the capability to add numerous users with various levels of access to the system. They are receptive to changes, which I like, although it seems they might sometimes take on more than they can handle, potentially affecting consistency. I find it user-friendly and appreciate the robust features for creation. There are many components to explore and develop.

Hailey lacks a strong talent review process and visualization of such a process. Meaning a Talent review based on theoretical framework to track talent progression over the years. I think you can ad a lo and solutions exist but they don't seem fully thought-out from a users prespective. As the 360 or employee survey the system can not handle all needed admin ones started and utput is only CVS.

I lack multimedia content like pictures and videos and offer more granular permissions, like letting a CFO view aggregated data. Automatic data delivery without manual extraction would be beneficial. Integrations payroll systems are there but not working as you would like as end user.

I like how easy it is to navigate on the platform, it is very user-friendly. I like the fact that Hailey starts small and builds upon the features with the customer's opinions and needs in mind. That way, Hailey will become a platform that is very customer-centric with features really fitting the customer's needs.

The backside of releasing new features quickly, is that they in the beginning doesn't meet all needs. A few concrete examples:
- Surveys. We use Hailey HR for pulse surveys. It allows us to send a questionnaire every month, using the same questions, and thereby get a pulse of the organization. However, it is not automated at all, meaning we have to manually release the pulse survey every month as well as manually remind people that has not responded. Also, even if we use the same questions every time, Hailey doesn't give you an overview of all answers collected throughout the year, instead you have to go into each survey to see the answers for that month in particular. We solve this by uploading the answers on a Notion page, where we gather all responses throughout the year, to get a better understanding how the responses differ from month to month.

Other example: The recruitment feature they just released. It is a great feature, great UX/UI, and I have zero doubts that it will become a super valuable feature. However, there's a lot of necessary features missing, such as creating a career page, being able to communicate with the candidates in the platform, things that for instance Teamtailor and Jobylon offers today.

But, as mentioned above, starting small and building upon what is needed from the customers, is a great way of building an awesome platform, and I have no doubts that Hailey's way of doing it is the way to go.

The biggest value we found in the system is that it serves as a one-stop destination for employment information, salary tracking, working hours, leave requests, and more with a user-friendly nature that enhances the overall experience for both employees and management. The ability to conduct feedback sessions and one-on-one meetings through the system is invaluable for continuous employee development and engagement.

To follow and track everyone's holiday requests, and working hours providing clear visibility and planning capabilities for the management.
It was an additional plus for us that the system allows us to manage all work-related documentation such as contracts, certifications, driving licenses, hygiene passports, etc. in one place.

Nothing to highlight as negative, really well thought platform

This is the second time I opt for Hailey as head of HR in a sustaintech, fast growing company. Ease of use (for HR, People Manager & Employees), all functionality included, no extras. The team is really listening to the customer and continuously developing new features. Highly accessible and knowledgeable customer support!

Nothing really, there are small things that could improve but so small so I haven't reported them to Hailey and I am sure if there was something bigger or more annoying they would jump on it and make it work.

Simple HR system with good features. Nice layout and the customer success team is quick to provide help! A very good experience of both the system and the collaboration.

Some parts are not fully developed yet, but progress is being made quickly.

It is easy to use and the team behind Hailey listens to the feedback regarding important functions that I need.

The recruiting system is not done yet, but I am looking forward to all the new functions there.

The pros are definitely the way we can adjust and easily tailor the system on our own. Data retrieval, reports on the fly.

Some features that we don't need to use.

It's simplicity and first time setup was really easy.

Simlicity can also make you want more... No app for Android.

We chose Hailey as our HR system for their usability, automated workflows, digitized signatures and a good overview of our employees' data.

We were unsure at start beacuse Hailey are quite new on the market and many functions that wasn't launched yet.

Hailey is a user-friendly system that automates all HR activities, you do not have to use emails and remind managers of various activities such as signing employment contracts, approve new salary, employee surveys, vacation planning, etc. Very useful when you have employees in different legal units in different countries. In addition, from an HR perspective, I can follow how far a process has come, if it is a manager who is stuck, I know when to help. Employees can access to their own personnel file, apply for leave and find all internal contact information. Incredibly flexible system. In a short time, work environment activities to correct employment contracts have been created and signed digitally. In addition, HR key figures are presented automatically.But best of all, I get quick and amazing personal help from Hailey's support when I need it.

The system is updated frequently, as it is under development, which means that I need to spend time learning the system's news. Sometimes there are updates every month.I need to spend time creating company-specific templates.To integrate with our Payroll partner, I need to send an output file, manually, from Hailey at an exact time.

The product is easy to use in terms of workflows and dedicating tasks and responsibilities to other collegues. It's a great platform to keep track of history, salary, dates and more regarding your employee.

Differentiate between departments and roles in the system so workflows can be more efficient

That it gathers all information about employees in one place. For example, notice periods, salary, documents, contact information, date of employment, etc. etc.

It simplifies everything administratively regarding recruitment as it is possible to create, send and sign contracts via Hailey.

It makes preboarding and new employee onboarding a lot easier because it is possible to set up automated flows in Hailey that creates tasks at the right time to the right person. These flows can also be set up for offboarding or when a colleague goes from probationary employment to a permanent employment.

It can easily be integrated with both slack and our intranet.

Another great pro is the service! We always get quick answers when we have questions and help with setting up and adjusting things when needed.

It would be nice to be able to customize some sections a bit more (Job General Section). It would also be nice with a more developed integration with slack.

Safer to have all HR documentation gathered in one place. Easy to use, nice layout. Very nice service and they develop the system continuously. Responsive to requests and solution-oriented.

It's a fairly young company and some features are missing, but they're constantly working on improvements so we're not worried.

No folder/sorting system for document in the company page.

Not possible to make paragraph break/hard return in the text in the Q/A

Would like some kind of checklist-function, so a manager can get an overview of a task and check the box for completed tasks.

Onboarding of new employees and feedback for current staff.

I'm still waiting for the updated integration with fortnox (payroll) so that my employees can time report and do everything directly in Hailey. I hear this is coming soon tough.

Hailey feels modern and is very user friendly. The support team is always easy to reach and responsive to feedback.

Since its a new system all parts modules are not in place yet, but on the other hand the speed in introducing new modules is quite rapid.
