A helpful tool that is used daily to identify target accounts.

I Wish that the data was more real time data.

Being able to identify targets and know what the potential for business is

1. Difficult to make comprehensive comparisons - ease of use for comparing ourselves to another agency is not there
2. Data inconsistencies - even our own agency's data isn't very accurate, especially around commercial insurance info

I am glad there is a mobile app now. I do not carry a computer on sales trips and into offices. It's good to have quick access to information

people who follow the plan of care. We do not need doctors who have patience with home health coverage by another MD.

The ability to compare my facility to others and provide real metrics to case workers is easy, fast, and effective.

I am limited to my region (maybe it is the level access my company has).

This software allows me the ability to get a rep into their dirt, making quality calls , on qualified accounts quicker than any other tool I have ever used.

The reports tool could be simplified but, that is the only con i have ever run into

having some of the information right at hand on the home screen

Does not offer many useful reports for a branch director of hospice. It also doesn't always give an accurate picture of whether or not we have a patient on SIA. It creates a little extra work for people

I do not have any cons. I utilize Trella on a daily basis.

The specific data metrics that apply to our organization have a significantly positive impact in developing and maintaining positive provider relationships as well as conversations around hospice utilization.

The software took some time to learn how to navigate along with understanding the data metrics and their meaning. However, the help section (articles, tutorials, webinars) as well as the availability of Trella support made the process smoother.

I am impressed with their on going support and opportunities. Again, I'm not very computer savvy, so it takes me much longer to "figure things out". Great information regarding market share and opportunities.

I like how it shows useful data about PPS payers per physician. I also like how it shows you who and how much they follow Home Health and where the destinations are.

I wish it was more user friendly and showed data over the course of a previous month

Sales Spotlight is the most used function. It saves me time to be effective in gaining insight.

I can’t think of anything I don’t like about Trella.

I enjoy being able to see the data from different accounts all together in one report.

It was difficult to build reports and such in the beginning but slowly it becomes easier, I still do not know my way around all the features.
