The templates offered are highly valuable and enlightening, effectively alleviating the challenges of writer's block by providing comprehensive examples and guidelines for both myself and my students to follow in our specific contexts.

The complimentary version offers access to 3 templates. It would be advantageous if they could offer approximately 5 free templates for us to evaluate and explore a wider range of desired templates and applications before making a decision to upgrade to the professional version.

Easy set up templates that are customizable. So easy

User Personas, Journey Maps. I think the explanations you give are the most complete I've found to create user personas and journey maps.

Maybe adding more videos to explain [sensitive content hidden]

It’s easy to use and produces great visuals

It was glitchy when opening in a small tab, freezing the screen

Personas table was great, features and aspects of personas are so on point.

Free trial is so limited, also when i try to save some texts, it disappearing sometimes.

Well, this is not a bad online tool set, per se.

The free features are rather limited....

The UX/UI for modifying contents has room for improvement.

I cannot have more than two projects. So I have to edit the oldest one in order to make a new one.

I’ve been using Xtensio for the user persona and I love it so far. The template is easy to navigate and highlights everything I need. Very visually appealing and easy to use!

My only complaint would be that sometimes it is hard to drag and move images across the templates but that’s only a minor issue.

Xtensio provided a very useful platform for me to generate customer personas and journey maps for project work. The designs were colourful and engaging but also easy to use.

Minimal use for free version but plenty of scope for paid version.
