Quick responses from customer support and proper advice.

Some times incosistent responses among different representatives from customer support. Some avoid saying more about tax related questions while others do say more, which is helpful. It looks like there's always someone knowing more than the rest, and it would be good to always talk to that person.I would like to have more resources to understand how companies should proceed with a Delaware flip and the equity related matters. The new portal for investors seems to me to be placing Seedlegals in a position of conflict of interest. Can we still be claiming that seedlegals are our lawyers, if they are also our investor's lawyers?

It is easy to create Contracts, Create fast Investment rounds

It is hard to create some future models on cap table.

True product market fit. It's become essential to our operations as a start up. Frankly I have no idea how founders did it beforehand.. Amazing support, great product, super reasonably priced. You pay for what you need. [sensitive content hidden] in particular have been amazing.

Only thing would be speed of response on the chat. Typically asking questions you need quick turnarounds and sometimes responses are bounced around the team.

Product is easy to use, and makes fundraising incredibly efficient. Great value for money compared to alternative solutions.

It'd be useful if the product automatically updated the minimum PPS on the Instant Investment Agreement. However, [sensitive content hidden] was brilliant help and worked out of hours to provide a great service.

Integration was easy. Arranging documents (founders agreements, I.P agreements, board resolutions, SH01 forms etc) are very well explained and easy to complete. Share splits and issuing shares are really quick. [sensitive content hidden] have been amazing with the support offered, great team!

Nothing as of yet, so far so good.

Everyone I have met from the team has been great, and they are super responsive! Really appreciated the help applying for SEIS, and for other agreements we needed :)

the knowledge of the technical team is impressive

- The fact that there is one person managing the relationship who is not technical is sometimes making the communication less efficient than its expected to be.- for future rounds (and once the amounts raised become much more significant), the fees might become too high for the level of services provided.

SeedLegals delivered brilliant customer service, a simple to use and efficient digital platform for submitting all our advanced assurance documentation, a fast and thorough internal review process ahead of sending to HMRC and their price point was a quarter of the other company I spoke with. The end to end process was very smooth. Our application was approved first time and they were proactive in making sure we hit our short deadline. Namely, our account manager [sensitive content hidden], really support any questions I had and when we sent an SOS the subject matter expert [sensitive content hidden] was happy to jump on a call to make sure we had all the clarity we needed. I really enjoyed working with them, and would recommend the service to any other Founders.

Some of the feedback SeedLegals gave us in written format was slightly confusing. We ended up jumping on a call to discuss with the subject matter expert and it was incredibly helpful. To have a call with this person sooner, would have definitely helped my understanding and avoided some mistakes. Also it would have been great to receive a template of the cover letter sooner and an example application to read before we pulled together ours - this was the first Advanced Assurance process we had done, so all actual examples are so helpful. Also when I tried to call the office outside of our scheduled time, it was harder to reach my contact directly.

Customer Service is great, [sensitive content hidden] has jumped on calls with me with no notice and walked me through, step-by-step complex processes. I will remain with seedlegals for this reason.

It's expensive for start-ups, having to pay upfront to unlock seedfast agreements isn't the best business model IMO

The speed at which we can react to requests because it is all housed in one place is what we like most.

The chat function. I don't need to know that the team are in a meeting, rather don't give me the option of the chat function.

Seedlegals are specialists who made the the process of SEIS application and investment efficient for us the start up and the investors

There are legal services that a start up could need that Seedlegals do not cover but I would highly recommend them for SEIS application and investment services.

Brilliant support from [sensitive content hidden] from the seedfast team. Timely responses and always on hand to advise. Has helped us raise much needed investment seamlessly.

Self service platform, expected more of a hand-held approach.

Customer service. SeedLegals have a great team, everyone is very efficient and helpful.

The one thing I would improve is providing a repository of all calculations used. For example, with the ASA agreements the calculations are shown on the cap table but they're not explained. ASA agreements can vary in their calculations so it's hard to reconcile online materials vs SeedLegals platform when the SeedLegals platform doesn't explain their calculations. They're simple calculations but an explanation of what and why would be helpful! Fortunately the team at SeedLegals helped me but I feel it's something that could be added in so I don't need to utilize the team's time.

I recently used SeedLegals to help me get my SEIS in time and to answer challenging HMRC questions. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best outcome. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They answered all of my questions promptly and provided detailed guidance throughout the entire process. I highly recommend SeedLegals if you're looking for a reliable and experienced team to help with your SEIS.

For now I only needed the SEIS/EIS support feature. The rest of the membership features are not relevant for me yet so it would have been better if I could have done just that, isolated from the rest.

How easy it is to use and create contracts instantly, along with their amazing staff and how happy they're all to over-deliver on what needs to be done!

That more people dont know about Seed Legals and how much time + money they can save from using this software.

I recently completed my funding round on the SeedLegals platform. Prior to this, I used the platform to register for S/EIS Advanced Assurance. In both cases the process was simple, the platform is so easy to navigate and the customer service was exceptional. Specifically [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who I worked closely with for both were a fantastic support and help. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] also assisted throughout, so shout out to them!

It was fairly expensive however this was outweighed by the value and speed we were able to complete the process due to the easy to understand platform.

SeedLegals made the process straightforward for preparation of our R&D claim for taxes. Any help provided was thoughtful and detailed.
