As a social media manager, sometimes its hard to keep everything organize specially when handling lots of different brands and managing different countries and timezones. Vista social benefits me in this costumizing a profile groups to maintain an organized social media channels in every brands. Easy to keep every client's social media presence engaging and consistent. I don't need to worry converting from time to time when scheduling a post and I can just easily see all the features that I want to see in this tool. Which is a very big help for my social media goals in every brand this year 2025!
Pros
What I like about Vista Social is creating a bunch of profiles where you can group them according to your client's brand, you can also name them according to your will and just easily delete or edit if you need to make some changes to keep everything organized in every brands. Also, I like the fact that you can select countries and timezone easily depending on the brand's target audience per profiles, as a social media manager from the philippines with handling lots of clients from different countries this is so important to me cause I handle different timezones in every brand and I can just directly schedule contents depending on my client's country calendar and timzeone. I also like the part where it has sepereted overview for reviews which is a very big help to monitor this, you can easily check all the reviews and respond easily. I also like the fact that I can run reports and schedule a reports depending on what I want, wether its a social media performance, reviews or task report I love it not all tools offer this amazing kind of features. You can also easily filter all the informations you need to know, wether you need to priority a message, comments or reviews, you can anytime edit the filters you want to see first. Clean calendar, you can also see a vsiual grid of your instagram feed, tiktok feed and other social media platforms. Easy to schedule and create a post maintaining a great visual feed on your social media platforms, with an ai assistant to help you generate ideas in creating your captions. Easy to keep all your social media presence engaging and organize.

All in 1 platform. My preferred platform. Ease of use from posting, scheduling, planning, and replying to DM's and comments. The platform even goes as far as having its built-in SEO feature that detects posts/people based on the keywords you input. Reviews can be accessed right on the platform. You can manage tasks, so the platform acts as a project management convenience. Overall Vista Social is seamless, well integrated, and easy to use. The employee advocacy function is also a bonus and is well used, making posting more quick and efficient, with no waste of time.
Cons
The amount of pictures/graphics per post is limited to 10.

I loved using Vista Social and I'm glad that it was brought to my attention. As a social media manager, having software to track all the data as well as virtually creating your content calendar for you is something that every media advocate needs!
Pros
I liked having the cross-channel reporting in one central software the most. This made it very easy to see all of the metrics across all of my social channels and analyze. Additionally, I liked being able to see a calendar of all of my posts with the time stamps on them for tracking purposes.
Cons
It seems my media library often had trouble loading the media. It would tell me it is unable to process but then would show me my recent posts, indicating I did have media.

I was looking for a social media marketing tool that can help me in posting contents in social media for my personal business as well as the small businesses of my clients as a digital marketing freelancer. I stumbled upon Vista Social after seeing good reviews online - and it did not disappoint!
Vista Social is easy to use even for beginners. Setting up is a breeze as I was guided on the next steps in setting it up until I finish the tasks. I was able to connect my brand and my clients' brands quickly to our different social media accounts or profiles - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Tiktok, YouTube, and more.
Since each social media platform has a different process in posting content, the interface informs me about missing pieces so I can successfully post across different social media platforms (e.g. exceeding number of characters, which board or subreddit should the post belong, etc).
I also appreciate the email notifications from Vista Social when a post run into problems or if it is unsuccessfully sent. I can also schedule it at a later date and line up in a queue. I also get notified when there's a review on our business across the social media platforms which helps me respond quickly, either to thank the person who reviewed or communicate a solution if it's not a good review.
And it's not just social media, I can also integrate Vista Social with my cloud storage, communication, analytics tracking and other apps helpful to my business. There are more features that I haven't explored yet. Pricing is quite competitive and it also has a 14-day free trial so one can test it out first before committing to a subscription plan. It's one tool that can help businesses and one that I can recommend.

Cons
There was just a time when I tried to integrate a newly opened social media account and connecting it with Vista Social just kept on loading. I wish there was an instant prompt if the connection won't be successful and an action step on what should be done. Anyway it's easy to figure it out and one can get the hang of it easily and it only happened to a newly created account.

Pros
As a social media manager the Vista Social app has made my life so much easier as it allows you to manage multiple social media accounts and social platforms in one place, saving you time from jumping from one app to the other. My team and I enjoy the benefits of the Advocacy Program that allows our employees to share brand content to their personal social media accounts. My personal favourite is the TikTok and Instagram Planner feature as it gives you a real sense of what your posted content will look like as an end result. I can not emphasise enough the convenience of having all your communications from your desired social accounts in one place, this ensures that you never miss any important communication, and being able to filter through the conversations accordingly makes it even much easier to organise your messages. If your goals as a social media manager is being efficient and organised, I highly recommend Vista Social.
Cons
I didn't like the fact the my uploaded media would take some time to appear in my media library.

It's fast when you upload and schedule your post on your social media, and you can easily connect multiple social profiles and pages and once it's scheduled and post, Vista Social will notify you once posted. Love it! Will definitely introduce it to my friends also who are Social media Managers because it has free version.

I can't think of anything but since it's still new in the market, I cannot say anything. Most tenured Social Media Manager usually use other established scheduling tools but this definitely worth a try. Knowing all the great features. It's commendable.

It is easier to navigate, I like the interface coz it doesn't look so complicated. I like that it has a very detailed report and that it shows the interaction generated by the hashtags. It has unique features like adding a list of Tasks and assigning someone who will do it, you can brainstorm content ideas, and keep a record of it within the platform.
Cons
I think it's a problem on my end. I just had problem connecting it to Facebook and Instagram, it took me a while, but I hope it has an option to log in to the social media accounts within the platform. It'll really be helpful, but overall, it's the best!

Pros
Vista Social is a very complete and easy-to-use SMM tool. Registration is quick, I think the free trial of the platform is a success. I think offering a free trial and not requiring a credit card is a great move. I like to try a service without being forced to pay. I think it is a competitive tool in terms of rates. There are many more expensive SMM platforms that offer the same as Vista Social. The AI Assistant option for writing posts is extraordinary. AI Assistant takes captions to another level of excellence. I was able to choose the tone and length of the text. I would definitely recommend Vista Social to other social media managers.
Cons
Vista Social is a complete SMM tool. I don't have much to criticize, but there are things that could be better.
1) The hashtags you recommend are too generic.
2) I had difficulty connecting Instagram. When scheduling a post, I found it difficult to change the default options. It was not easy to unlink the other accounts and ensure that the publication was only made to one of the profiles.
3) The reports are good, but the PDF had a lot of blank spaces and I had to edit them manually.

Pros
Vista Social has a super friendly UI. You won't get lost and you don't have to find Youtube tutorial videos just to navigate the platform. Connecting your accounts is by far the easiest compared to other SMM tools that I've tried before. If you've already logged in on your browser, all you have to do is click, click, and click. Their AI assistant is really helpful as well. You can draft your content and have the AI assistant expand or simplify your content while incorporating a tone with it (fun, entertaining, inspirational, etc...) with just a couple of clicks.
I was surprised that you can easily drag and drop images AND videos when creating a post. This was a headache for other SMM tools that I used in the past.
Vista Social is making SMM super easy. With SMM tools that I've used before, I had a hard time navigating through their platform. Vista Social allows for ease of use via minimalistic and "easy on the eyes" designs. It is not overwhelming you with too much information instead it gives the right amount of details for you to do what you need to do on the platform.
Cons
Most people will find AI's edit good enough but as a copywriter myself, it can still use a little improvement. However, this can easily be remedied by using the "advanced mode" of AI assistant where you can type detailed instructions with the specific type of caption you want to create.

I love its user interface. It's easy to use and understand. It makes my team efficient which helps them focus more on the quality of content rather than focusing on the manual scheduling or posting tasks.
They have 2 added features that I feel is their competitive advantage apart from the lack of technical glitches my team faces while publishing.
First is the listening to viewers feature. Second is the task management feature.
Cons
Overall it's a good platform but they can improve by adding features connected to task management to make life easier. For example, a chat system can help team members communicate with each other. Also, an add note system helps me give feedback to my team members which is sent as a notification to them about my approval and improvement factors of the post. Also, some creative templates can be added which helps reporting to clients easier such as Google Looker studio.

I have been through a few different schedule SM posting websites and I was looking for an easy to use site with the use on AI. I found that. It was easy to integrate. It took about 4-6 times to get a caption and hashtags that matched my previous content and that I liked.
The analytics is what really really sold me. I can see the analytics from my content from even before I had Vista Social. The analytics are easy to understand and easy to share with people who don't understand social media.
Cons
The graphics when scheduling a post are very small. I wish I was able to see the post in a bigger capacity or a bigger mobile version before hitting submit. It would be great to see what it will exactly look like on a mobile device.
I also wish it had a better suggestion for hashtags. The hashtags suggested were very generic and not any of the suggested were things I wasn't already including in previous posts.

What I like the most about Vista Social is AI assistant it's so witty to add many and different tones of voice that we can choose especially that I handle several client's and their brands have different tone of voice.
Cons
It's not a total dislike but, I suggest it would be great if they updated and added more AI assistant feature like connected to creatives or image generated, so it can provide us fresh ideas not just for copies but for visuals as well.

I am pretty picky when shopping online and make sure I get the best bang from the buck. As my previous SM management tool was getting expensive, I looked out for what others are giving. There were quite the options but the one I got interested in was Vista Social. It was cheaper when compared to the market without compromising on features. I immediately signed up for the trial.
It had a slick and easy UI and I was up and running in about 30 minutes. What I really enjoyed the most was its AI assistant composing captions and hashtags for you. Its been a week since I am using it and the results are stunning. I'll be connecting more profiles now and if it stays this way, I would definitely be migrating all my socials to Vista.
A cool change to better streamline my work!

Overall, it helped me manage several accounts of different clients on one platform because sometimes I had to use one over another to manage a different platform.
The pricing is not even different from that of other platforms (e.g., Buffer), yet it offers more than these platforms can do.
Pros
I have used several other tools to manage accounts for my dental marketing agency, and I recently came across Vista Social.
What I like about it:
- I've been using Buffer, Later, and Social Pilot for quite some time now, and I'm impressed with how many platforms Vista Social handles.
- Adding categories and accounts to the platform is such a breeze.
- I really love how simple and organized the dashboard is at the side, especially when scheduling posts. I can easily select and deselect the profiles I want to create a post.
- The AI assistant (advanced mode) is really helpful! With just a few details about what I wanted to have as a caption and the tone I wanted, it instantly gave me something nice that didn't sound stiff or AI-made.
- It's really good that I can select trending audio on Instagram on Vista Social itself! I don't need to search for that on Instagram; I can choose directly and add it to the video through Vista Social! Really great job!!

Something to improve on:
- I hope it's much more out in the open on how to rename the title on video uploads on Facebook. It took me a while to find out how to set it under settings on the media itself.

Vista Social simplifies managing multiple social media accounts by making all essential features accessible in one dashboard. This saves me a lot of time that I used to spend switching between different tools for different activities.
Pros
Vista Social is exceptionally helpful for managing multiple social media accounts easily. I particularly liked the AI assistant's magic wand, which helps me quickly generate social media posts in different tones.
The platform is easy to use, with its user-friendly interface making it easy to schedule posts and review their performance.
Cons
Sometimes the AI-generated content is not up to mark and there is a lack of flexibility for giving prompts to fully capture the brand voice. Moreover, ability to generate images with AI on the platform would another positive addition to the overall experience.
These are more of my demands from Vista Social than drawbacks.

1. Right off the bat, I think the social account connection feature right at the start could be improved. Once I had connected one account, the connect screen came up again to connect another account, it didn’t say that the accounts I’d already connected were connected. It said ‘connect’, which could be confusing for some people.
2. When scheduling a post, I found it difficult to deselect the platforms that I *didn't* want to post on. The default option was for my post to go out on all platforms, but I will often schedule my posts separately. It took me a fair few minutes to figure out how to alter this. I had to click the arrow on the left hand side to bring up a list of my connected profiles, and then deselect it. I think that needs to be a lot more obvious.
3. The reports tab was solid, but I have seen better laid-out reports on other platforms like Metricool. These are quite simple reports in comparison. I understand that you are trying to create a simpler platform, so I imagine that a more simple report layout like yours will be really useful to some people. I just personally prefer to see more insight.

Vista Social has all of your essential capabilities, which include a Content Calendar (very easy to implement), Creation Tools, Social Analytics, and Reporting. Teams can assign roles and tasks (with subscription), content curation tools, social media scheduling apps, content creation tools, and social media analytics tools.
The listening tool is great for competitor analysis - though it took some time to load results. I give this platform a 9/10. It has everything you need and most importantly gives a user-friendly experience - important for the "non-digital" people who may need to jump in.
The ChatGTP capability is unique and a time-saver. It improves the initial copy structure with generated AI text, which saves teams time from writing as many copy variations, revisions, and reviews.
Cons
Not many cons. It would be nice to have a long-term Free plan option. This way teams can test and learn before deciding on the most appropriate plan. Other than that and the social media icons - this is a great SMM tool that I'd highly suggest for both small and large teams.

My experience with Vista Social was positive. Its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features simplified social media management. However, I wished for more customization options. Nevertheless, its efficiency in post scheduling, social media integration, and automated publishing significantly boosted productivity and enhanced my online presence.

Its suite of features caters to nearly every aspect of social media management, from scheduling to analytics. The Bulk Publishing, Smart Publishing, and Instagram Planner are particularly my "personal favorite" features for their ability to save time while maximizing the effectiveness of social media strategies. This tool is definitely a valuable asset for any social media professional looking to streamline their workflow and enhance their online presence. It helps get the job done efficiently!
Pros
What I loved most about Vista Social is its efficiency, especially evident in the Bulk Publishing feature. This tool allows you to upload and schedule numerous posts at once, which is a game-changer for managing multiple campaigns or accounts.
Another standout feature is the Smart Publishing as it automates the process of deciding the best time to post based on audience engagement trends. This takes a lot of guesswork out of content scheduling and ensures maximum visibility for your posts.
Cons
There were times when the loading speed seemed slow, but aside from that, everything was working well.
