There’s nothing bad about EposBuddy, but sometimes transactions are a bit slow when it’s busy.

Eposbuddy is perfect for our POS and payment needs, offering good value and reliability. The display is easy to customize, making it simple to take orders, process payments, and communicate with customers.

Sometimes might experience occasional software glitches or slowdowns during peak usage times.

Technical support is brilliant, always on hand and knowledgeable to solve any problems.

Biggest con is the sales team, spinning you misleading information to get a sale. The sales pitch was misleading with many features that were demonstrated to us as selling points not included in the purchase, I was not aware of this at the time of purchase. There were also some capabilities in terms of additional hardware options sold to as great options for the future (Which we discussed we would plan to add and was told is was easy to do), when I returned and requested to purchase those extras was informed I should have brought a different till, when I initially took out the deal it would have cost us around £100 extra (£200 total I believe) as an existing customer I would need to purchase a full new system at over £600 all to then purchase the add ons I had initially been told it would be possible to utilise.

It is very easy to manage and issue bills and invoices to clients using this software. Fast processing of payment transactions effectively without any form of glitch. Its also been our reliable platform for our POS for various transactions at work. Great customer services they render. Simple and easy to navigate because it got a well detailed interface to work with.

I actually got nothing to hate about this software, no cons for me.

I can process my payment with ease without any delay which i so much like about this software since i have been using it. Its customer service support has been helpful when the need arises. Its dashboard also has the various detailed transactional records have made which helps in keeping records and issuing of receipt easily. Easy to use for me. Its a perfect software for me, kudos to the developers.

I started using this platform based on a referral from a friend who highlighted some benefits which I have also started experiencing. Management of orders, payment processing, comes easily with this platform with easily customizable features.

No negative features or experience since I have been using this platform.

I had a positive experience with the customer service and that gave me a good first iNpression with Eposbuddy then I checked out the features and it was mind blowing t is easy to set up, and customize to my existing business structure. I also like the ease that comes with monitoring my marketing process with even with my mobile phones the cashier also works perfectly I like so many things about Eposbuddy it's s very effective platform

It got a friendly interface i can work with and very easy to set up. Supported on most devices as i can easily access it on my mobile. Its payment process is reliable and efficient which has helped improve productivity at work. Its inventory feature has been helpful. It is easy to issue bills and receipt using this software which has helped to keeping records safely. Point of sale of this software has been top notch for me.

I didn't want to sign up because I thought Eposbuddy is only for big businesses but I was wrong Eposbuddy has changed s lot of things in my business I take better and accurate inventory, manager my online transaction keep my data save and secure in terms of time, clients records, budget and expenses Eposbuddy is doing a brilliant job I commend their technical support too, they are always ready to help and they know what they are doing

no feature is malfunctioning and I did not see any glitch in Eposbuddy

eposbuddy worked very well as our primary POS system to manage purchase and inventory management. Taking order, payment processor and communication with customer has been excellent after our switch to this product.

The user interface is a bit boring and no option to change the theme color. Interface customization will bring more values to the product.

Dashboard has less customisation options. No major cons for me.
