Pros
I used this daily as an employee at a warehouse and I never had issues. Software was user friendly and efficient.

When the site was down you were pretty much stuck

Nightmare old-school UX

It's good to have everything in the same place.
Cons
I just don't understand how software with this UX can exist in this day and age. Makes you feel like you're in 2010. Navigation is a nightmare. Goal tracking is even worse than the rest of the features.

I liked the user interface due to its intuitiveness and it has many features all under one roof.
The security aspect is up to the mark. It is accurate as far as timekeeping is concerned.
Cons
I have faced issues while accessing the workday enterprise and I could not find technical support easily. Also, the job portal on workday is not great and needs to be more comprehensive.
