Doodle is perfect when you need to schedule anything online without other people in your group. It allows to create pools to get overview of time availability of other people - then you can make the best decision when plan meeting or online call.

The user interface should be a more modern :)

It’s a really simple software that enables our team to arrange group meetings/events by finding the perfect day and time that suits all. I like how you can have multiple options and it’s easy to navigate.

Too many ads surrounding it making it look crowed and often annoying. It shrinks the actual functionality part of the template forms.

Doodle is a great platform for companies that have meetings with outside shareholders. Scheduling meetings to fit into everyone’s schedule is hard, and doodle eliminates the need for the back and forth conversation to pick a date and time that works for most.

It is easy to set up a poll, input meeting times that are available, and have desired attendees vote. This makes for a faster and more productive way to host meetings.

I currently do not have any negatively to say about Doodle. For the uses we use, the platform works very efficiently.

This software is one of the most efficient tools to organize your schedules and coordinate tasks with your colleagues/team members. The User Interface of this application is simple and straightforward, which means it is easy to use for beginners as well. It has all the essential features to plan out your day. Doodle is most helpful in a work environment when you need to coordinate tasks and meeting with others. My team used to spend a lot of times running around to save the time when everyone is available. With Doodle, group scheduling options allows us to save time, make shifts and adjustment without breaking a sweat.

Sometimes there is a glitch, which delays to show the schedule I updated. Also it would be extra helpful if the software has more integration/collaboration with other work-related software.

I love the ease of use. So intuitive and makes it easy to find a good date for everyone in the team.

The name. It needs to be updated, to compete with other softwares.

Doodle allows everyone on your team to put in their availability and you can see it all in general view. When you try to schedule a meeting, it’ll let you know when everyone is available without you having to do any mental work.

Doesn’t have great integration with other programs.

Easy to coordinate meetings with team members or groups of people.

Can be difficult for those not familiar with platform to onboard at first.

I love the fact that I can most of the features and functions that I require in my daily business running's are free. I also appreciate the fact that I can sync it with Google calendar and access my appointments and information on the go. And not to mention how much of a time saver it is.

I wish it was a little easier to sue and optimize for new/beginner users; and also more added functional features on the free version.

Doodle makes scheduling meetings with large groups and 1:1 appointments easy. It was the first group scheduling software I ever used and is still very popular and familiar with most folks.

Google calendar has really stepped up its game and enabled booking features that make it easy to set up group meetings and bookings. So for those who already use Google suite, it negates the need for using yet another 3rd party app like Doodle.
Also while Doodle is great, sometimes it's better to use when2meet, which allows you to enter your availability by highlighting a calendar, thus negating the need to select specific blocks of times and casting a wider net of availability.
Lastly, Doodle changed some of its features (eg limited the number of people who can sign up for a slot) or moved them to a paid plan that really restricted the range of its functions.

I really love this app to scheaudle with big groups of people. I really need no login scheudle to be efficent

I need more conectivity rith teams or another apps. I really need too a better scheudeling hub for more than two weeks

I have no cons about doodle. You cant go wrong with Doodle.

It is very easy to use, you can manage all your agenda in a single way and there is no complicated tasks

Recently they put some feature behind a paywall, such as editing options in a doodle.

Doodle has helped me a lot when it comes to scheduling group meetings and events. Its simplicity and intuitive interface make it very easy to use. The ability to create polls and have participants vote on their preferred meeting times saves a lot of email back and forth. In addition, Doodle offers integration with the most popular calendar applications, which helps keep everyone on the same page.

A drawback is that some advanced features, like tracking responses to multiple options, are only available in paid plans

If you have more than 1 calendar, you can't sync them all with your account.

Doodle has been a tool I have used with a variety of organizations that I schedule meetings with on a routine basis. The ease of using Doodle makes sharing it with colleagues a no-brainer.

Doodle does have ads when not using a paid version, which is to be expected.

Nothing not to like, it's a very simple software

When collaborating with participants both within and outside the organizations, where you don't have access to everyone's calendars, Doodle makes it very easy to coordinate meeting times.

At least in my organization, it wasn't possible for me to integrate Doodle into my Exchange setup. That way, I still had to refer to two systems when arrainging meetings.

Too many features that I already have with main calendar to make it worthwhile for me.

What I love the most about Doodle is how easy it is to use, ease of access wherever you are at, the different fonts and scheduling options make doodle a must have for a small, medium or large company. It definitely has helped my small company be more organized.

Even though I love this interface, every time I try to add a new schedule, or coordinate my calendar with it, ti freezes, or should I say it crashes.
