Overall has been a very positive experience using BQE CORE Suite. It allows for clear communication between myself and my team leadership, so there is no question about where my time is going and how long a task took to complete.

Pros

It breaks down each of my projects clearly and I can directly see where all of my time is going! It offers a lot of control.

Cons

It did not feel very user-friendly initially, but I caught on after some questions asked to my coworkers!

In the time I've been using it, at first I thought it was an odyssey, but then I realized how easy it is to see the hours you work and the hours you don't, and it gives you control to know what to do.

Pros

I can schedule my work hours and it tells me the total hours worked.

Cons

What I like least is that I have to post it every week instead of it being a biweekly report.

I use this as a resource allocation tool to manage my specific project within the company I work for. I allocate resource by hour and within a specific budget per resource hourly rate.

Pros

So far I have enjoyed the modifiable nature.

Cons

I am struggling to view or change forecast dollars and hours in the same window without having to refresh the page to switch from one to the other. It would be nice to have them together on the same page and update live.

Pros

The dashboard is extremely useful as it provides a snapshot of all the information important to me (e.g. performance, PTO balance etc.).

Cons

At times when using the mobile app, I am unable to see narratives for time entries. This is usually rectified by logging out and back in again however, this can be inconvenient.

BQE Core is very flexible in how you can allow employees to track their time and decide if it is billable or not.

Cons

It has many features that we do not use but I can see how other companies would appreciate the additional functions.

BQE makes time keeping and tracking relatively easy. Good layout for site navigation. You can add widgets to your "dashboard" for what is important to you.

Pros

Good for time-sheet tracking. Both for yourself and tracking time billed to projects. Easy input with a well-working search feature and "Load Recent Activities" button. Also breaks up billable and non-billable time for you.

Cons

Our company does not use the Project Planning/Tracking App, so not comment on the usability of that.

Overall, it was an amazing experience using BQE core suite. I can recommend it to my friends and relatives who is looking for a good software aside from it is very fast. It is very reliable. You can count on this app.

I like how fast the software is. It is very user-friendly. Also, it is easy to use and how I was able to do my task on time. I was early sometimes rather than my deadline because of BQE core suite. I love how accommodating it is for us who is in the business industry. It is also very cheap in price very budget friendly.

Cons

I think if you can improve to the mobile app that will be better but overall it was really a good app and I hope to use it in the future and more also kindly upgrade the app for any possible bugs. you must try it now, so you also experience how amazing it is.

The reports we are able to run are extremely useful to us. You can see how each project is doing super easily.

Cons

At first it was a little hard to use but only because we were used to another program. Now that we use it every day, it's become very helpful.

Good. Invoicing and time entry in the program fit our needs. There are always more features that we discover when we need more from CORE.

Pros

The program is cloud based which keeps us current. Most of the time when I have specific report, feature, or activity that I want, I can find what I need quickly. As with many programs, CORE does more than my office utilizes it for. Invoicing and time entry are usually smooth processes.

Cons

We migrated from ArchiOffice and feel that the way contacts are managed in CORE is utterly useless. We've abandoned it in favor of a piecemeal assortment of Office 365 and Mac built-in programs.The structure of projects is also something that can be improved. When a project transforms from hourly to percentage or adds phases, CORE has some flexibility but there are troublesome aspect such as migrating time from a single phase project to ensure it can be captured in invoices.

Ease of creating new projects with various templates & phases, option to assign fee schedules and invoicing

Cons

The platform runs slow and you have to constantly scroll. Great reporting options; however, could use improvement by allowing more customization on templates (removing fields, adding fields, etc...)

I like this software, it is satisfying and my experience with it is wonderful! It is a true ALL-IN-ONE and very easy to use. Managing time, tasks, expenses, satisfying customers, with a single software, it's magic. I highly recommend it!

Pros

Excellent software! It's very intuitive and easy to use, with a dynamic team offering very satisfactory customer support.
The expense management functionality for reimbursing employees and billing customers is just amazing. I also track my time and expenses, with a simple interface, while keeping a history.

Cons

Nothing to complain about this software! It is just incredible, and perfectly meets my needs and expectations.

Provide a useful dashboard and time keeping functionality. Ensures that Payroll is correct and ontime.

Cons

What's not to like. As with all systems, there is a slight learning curve, however, even the least sophisticated users become proficient is a very short timeframe.
